I ordered on 2/6/2024 and received my order on 2/20/2024. It was packed well and even came in a nice drawstring bag. Plant looks healthy and even has some growth on it. Would buy from again.

Update Nov. 10 2023: I recently received my order after waiting for months. They sent an apology note plus a free rose plant. I quite happy with the healthy plant but do wish for better response to emails and calls. As a business owner I know it can at times be overwhelming mostly when you depend on the weather but communication is key.

Update: today Nov. 01 2023 I received a tracking number for my order. They still didn't answer any of my previous emails. Let us hope it is actually my order and in good health.

Ordered two roses back in February that were supposed to ship May 15th. Emailed customer service on May 30th as they still hadn't shipped and was told they would ship the following week. Three weeks late with no explanation or apology. I love that they carry some unique hard to find roses but it's hard to be happy with an order when they've had my money for three months and still can't get my product shipped as scheduled.

I placed an order for rose Jude the obscure back on February which I haven’t received and it’s now October I have sent multiple emails and made many calls and they haven’t replied. Terrible company save your money and go elsewhere.

Got this in memory of my grandson Joey that passed away for my daughter .It jyst blossomed and not even close to the color.I am so sad over this as I think you just sent anything you had.I have pictures of it if you want to see it.Hooe you will send the yellow Joey rose not this almost red one.

I bought four rose trees over two years ago. I've planted two of the trees and potted the other two for the patio. Both sets have done fantastic and they are still budding like crazy years later!

Very disappointed! When they arrived several limbs were broken. One looked like someone had stepped in the middle of it breaking several small branches. Very small plants. Won’t order from them again.
