It is a rare event these days to do business with a company that has high integrity and superior service. We purchased a new motor for our boat and they did everything exactly as they told us. Delivered it quickly, no hidden charges and great people to work with and know. Our boat was spotless when we received it back. We highly recommend them. No need to shop around. Set an appointment for my first service check on my 2022 Kawasaki mule. I arrived at 8:30 for my appointment, the service man knew I would be waiting for my mule, but never indicated it would take 2.5 hours to wait. Also, no one ever went over my service work at the beginning or at the end? I had to ask why the spark plugs were replaced? When I got home I inspected their work and found oil puddles on the engine frame, what a mess. Hey LSK, you should cleaned up the mess. Also it would nice to inform your customers of the time frame, offer a chair or cup of coffee. Terrible customer service. So I stood around for 2.5 hours.

They added power steering to my boat and electric over hydraulic disc brakes to its trailer; they treated me great and retrofitted as promised. They even called to follow up to see how my trip home was.

Just repowered my center console with a Suzuki 250. Wayne is awesome, he even made 3 trips to my dock trying out the right prop for my boat. Plus he helped me with an electrical trim issue. He was always prompt and here when he said he would be. I loved doing business with LSK marine.

Paid 14,000 dollars for a used boat. Took it out 5 times. 4 of those times it had to come back for repairs. Took it to a different repair shop and the motor is junk. So if you buy anything used or have repairs done here do so at your own risk. They will not hesitate to screw you over.

Recently had my old boat repowered ,isn't the deal up over the phone dropped the boat off the next daythey got me in and out in one week and the rig job was top notch they did a slick job just like they were working on a new show room boat thanks Wayne and all the crew.
