Absolutely made up with our bathroom from LPM. Hafeeze was a huge help in the showroom going over everything I wanted in my new bathroom. He answered every question I had, advised on the quality & durability of each product, discussed the various brand options they supply, went over the size & layout options, even suggested some new ideas (tiled bath panel, LED lights under the bath) which I hadn't thought of and were perfect for what we wanted.
The tile selection is simply stunning. I had a certain look in mind and Hafeeze showed me something that was different to what I initially said, but was a much better choice, so much so that I went with his suggestion! Super service and advice, fast delivery, beautiful products & tiles. Absolutely love our bathroom supplied by LPM. Thank you, Louise Gibbons ✨

We have recently had our bathroom refurbished after many years and received tremendous help and advice from LPM and in particular Tiaba Munir. Tiaba put us at ease, recommended a number of products based on our ideas, and went through the free design service very patiently with us. All products were delivered on time for the fitters (MK Bathrooms - who were also excellent) and we are absolutely delighted the end result. Thank you so much LPM for guiding us calmly through what could have been a very stressful process ?

Visited LPM a few months ago and then did the trek around the surrounding areas to other showrooms. Nothing compared to LPM for the amount of displays and ideas available in the showroom so went back to discuss what we were looking for. Karl invited us to have a 3D design undertaken and assisted us every step of the way with ideas and suggestions until we had the design we wanted. Karl also recommended a bathroom fitting company ( John Allcock ) who gave us a competitive quote and we offered them the job.
The bathroom and accessories arrived when LPM said it would and they checked all the items off the van for damage. Karl was also available at LPM for advice around fittings etc and when he wasn’t in other staff were just as friendly and helpful. To say we had a really positive experience at LPM would be an understatement. They exceeded our expectations and left us extremely happy with our purchase and finished bathroom.

We are extremely happy with our decision to go to LPM to fully refurbish our bathroom.
Tiaba was a delight to work with in helping, designing and advising us to choose what we wanted from quality tiles, fixtures and fittings.
Tiaba recommended the Plumber/fitter Pete, assisted with his wife Magdalena, who has done an outstanding job. Truly excellent workmanship, a perfectionist, the mitred tiles round the window is unbelievable, no trim used. He gave good advice and is very friendly. Highly recommended.
Everything went smoothly from start to finish, delivery etc. We now have a beautiful, quality bathroom and would definitely recommend LPM.

From the moment we stepped into this gorgeous showroom and met Tiaba, we knew we would find our dream bathroom. Tiaba had so much knowledge, ideas and experience when it came to designing our bathroom. She took the hassle out of something we had been putting off for years.

We ordered our wetroom equipment from LPM and with a lady called Tiaba.
Tiaba was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and made our whole experience so easy.
Upon arriving home my wife and I realised we had made a couple of mistakes with the size of some of the equipment we had ordered. We contacted Tiaba who responded very quickly and she changed our order with no hassle.
We have not received our equipment as yet as we are not having our bathroom fitted for another month but if the equipment and delivery is as good as the initial process then we have nothing to worry about and would have no hesitation in ordering again with LPM in the future.
The quality of the goods sold is extremely good at reasonable prices.

I really enjoyed my experience at LPM. Tiaba in particular was really helpful, answering my many questions in an efficient, friendly manner. She was also very patient as I changed my mind quite a few times! My friend recommended LPM to me and she was recommended them by her brother, a local plumber.
