Great store with a friendly staff. Every time I’ve visited, the store has been clean and well-kept. While the lines can get backed up at times, they’re efficient and manage to get you in and out quickly. Most of the staff are very knowledgeable about the products, and if they’re not sure about something, they’ll do their best to get you the help you need.

4/22 Just received a delivery order of two Arcadia utility cabinets. I stated to the delivery people I wanted to inspect them before they left. They practically ran out and -both- cabinets were received damaged. I have no way to return them to the store and the store's customer service desk _does not_ answer the phone.

Update: 4/29 While I appreciate the week-late response from the "owner" asking me to call their national customer service number, I did call the customer service number on 4/22. After several calls and many hours on hold, 4 business days went by and I finally received a call from Brooklyn 2nd Ave Lowe's to inform me they did not have replacements and that they would pick the order up for return. The cabinets were picked up 3 days ago, but the store is yet to initiate a refund for my $1,000+ purchase. I've had to call again.

Update2: 4/30 ...And call again because the store refunded me for the $50 item I didn't return, not the $1,000+ of merchandise I did return.

Thought: While the national call center has a very high level of politeness and professionalism vs store staff, they are extremely limited about what they can do other than create tickets for other teams and departments. It's entertaining that the end of each call there is a survey that asks "if the agent was able to help me resolve my problem." Agents in the main call center are unable to directly resolve any problem, only create tickets for other people to maybe resolve the problem at some later point in time. They should rephrase this on the survey.

I have been a loyal Lowe’s customer for at least 10 years. Probably spent over $100,000 there. I have two Lowe’s credit cards. But I’ll be going to the Home Depot not too far away whenever possible as they towed my car from the parking lot yesterday. Store manager didn’t seem too sympathetic. It is a parking lot that is never completely full, I will often shop at the store and then run an errand into the city, leaving my car there. Doesn’t hurt anyone and brings the store business. But now they want to tow people for some reason. Very disappointing.

Horrible Experience No One to assist me into Cutting This wood they even Called the Persons Name on Mic and no one showed up until 1 hour later Mind you There Are Other People Waiting As well with Helps And Assists Id Always Choose The Home Depot

Update : We Contacted the Manager Named - Naomi And She Helped us get the Wood Cut
There needs to be more Experienced Workers Here this is Unaceptable

If you order same day delivery from here, be warned that the company they hire to deliver may mis-deliver your order to someone else’s address. Make sure to screenshot where they are on the map when you get the delivery notice, in case that happens. Online chat support can’t help you and tells you to call the store to have them help out. If you do so in the evening, customer service cuts you off when you try to describe your issue and then transfer you as fast as they can to the “delivery department” that never picks up the phone. My suggestion is to call early in the morning, so that they can actually help solve the issue and get the company to redeliver. This was my experience over the last 3 days.

Great and super large branch, I loved it because they have everything for your house they even sell somethings for cleaning and daily use. They have private parking and is huge
