This facility has been a life changer for my Mom! It was so refreshing to find a facility that listened, understood & went the extra mile for us to get her set up asap with a private room and exceptional care each day! It was reassuring to see a SNF that is competent & strives for exceptional care & satisfaction! We have had so many positive interactions with numerous staff, both on the floor and those higher up in leading roles. No place is "perfect" like home but this facility has been a Godsend! I appreciate all their hard work and their open ears to any/all concerns that were had! My Mom felt safe and that was a game changer. The PT department was excellent and we really enjoyed the wound nurse! Mom was there over the holidays & the staff put together a beautiful dinner for the residents & family...it was an "all-hands on deck" effort and it was amazing to see everyone, even the higher ups, working together to make a truly enjoyable & memorable experience! I can't say enough about how happy I am to have found such a great facility. If your loved one needs care...this is the place that will treat them like family & do anything they can to make sure it's exceptional! My thanks to all of you who cared for my Momma...5 STARS to laundry team, hair salon, ice cream parlor, activities, CNA's, floor nurses, PTA's, dietary crew, admissions, MDS lead, case manager, providers and all those who played a part in her rehabilitation (she's almost out)!

My husband was just discharged from the hospital and sent here for rehab of his broken hip. Haven’t been here long but the place is clean and beautiful. Seems like lots of activities. And the staff are all kind and attentive. Couldn’t ask for better.

An eldercare attorney referred us to three long term care centers. Life Care Centers of Sarasota is the one we chose. From the very first phone call and contact with Stephanie, the warmth and compassion we received was outstanding. It was clear from the tour and the staff we came across, such as Stephanie, Shannon, Brenda, Joyce, Sadie and many, many other wonderful people that this was the center for my mother. The whole admission to memory care and the process was smooth and highly professional. My mother is very fortunate to be at this center and is thriving despite her advanced illness. The entire staff are consummate professionals and compassionate and caring. My mother constantly mentions Daniel and his ability to interact wonderfully with residents. She also always talks about nursing staff in a positive and glowing manner. Additionally the ongoing communication and comprehensive treatment planning is remarkable. I am always updated in a timely and efficient manner. The architecture and cleanliness is exceptional. Finally, when I think of this center and their staff, my mother and I count our blessings twice!

My 103 year old mother broke her hip and had a partial hip replacement. The hospital was discharging her after 3 days. I was very stressed and having little success finding a suitable facility. The admissions at life Care were helpful and supportive.

When I went to visit my dear friend Dr J., i was met with a clean, fresh smelling, beautifully decorated building. My friend said the food was delicious, so I have no worries for her, she's in the best care!!!

I visited a resident there at Life Care Center, I couldn't help noticing the friendliness especially of the person that took the time to show us where our friends room was and also offered us ice cream. Her name is Brenda, I told her she was in the right position. The place look beautiful and my friend was being well taken care of. Thank you very much

Very positive. As Chaplain I visited a patient who suddenly seemed distressed. I quickly went to hall and told RN who rapidly checked on patient. Excellent response.

My husband was there for a few weeks, then admitted to LWR Medical Center with a UTI. A week later he was headed back to Life Care. His phone and clothes and Tevas were missing. Thanks to the dedication of the Social Service Director she found his things and told us the story behind their being misplaced. Kudos to her.❤️
