I had the best experience working with Oscar,

I was driving back from Georgia to Florida and I decide to stop and get the service of my vehicle done, when they told me the time was taking was long I felt sad because considering my trip plus the service time and the still 2 hours drive pending for me to get home it was like wasting my Saturday also considering I needed to wash my car. My surprise is that you guys took care of washing my car without any charge (or any request from me) as a courtesy for the waiting time, omg that made my day and drive back home so happy, thank you so much for the customer service I receive

Came in for a tire repair twice. The first time I left the car the entire day and when I returned at the end of the day I was told that they couldn’t find a leak. I then continued to tell the service rep that there is a leak the tire wasn’t at the correct pressure. He then proceeded to tell me that there wasn’t a leak. After leaving my tire light immediately came back on I then set another appointment came back in and waiting almost two hours with my car sitting in the air and no one working on it. It seems that they do not plan to honor their Clermont advantage which they force you to buy when buying a vehicle with them. They seem to think that being in their cell phone is more important than working on a car.

Luckily google doesn’t have 0 star because you don’t deserve a star at all. The last time i went there it was Ed told me i still have 2 free services left then he told me if you can give me a 5 star review which i did and then i can give you one more service for free so technically i have 3 in total.

Then my husband came in to do the regular routine and the agent was tom the guy who can’t give a precise information. He told my husband you need to sign this paper for the contract of service? My husband was confused and asked him what is it for and why is he signing and then he said let me double check again the computer then tom said you don’t have available services anymore. My husband called me and i explained to him what ed (the last agent) told and offered me the kast time i was there. My husband asked him how much do i need to pay he said “100something” then my husband started to get frustrated because he was not sure about the charges and the contract that they wanted him to sign in the first place.

So be careful with this service center because if you will not ask every detail they won’t tell you and just charge you insane amount without proper explanation. Also they will ask you for review because they know the center suck so they will offer something in return for the review as a bait.

Very quick service. Service area has plenty of comfortable seating with complimentary coffee. While waiting , they sent me a personalized video about what my car needs. I was never pressured into adding any other service or product. They even offered me an Uber, if I wanted to be taken somewhere else to wait. First class.

Beautiful facility but beware of the “Kia Advantage” which they say is included but is actually a $5000 additional cost. Check your paperwork. Bad vibes from here so we went across the street and bought a Hyundai.

If you schedule service here PLEASE reach out to Mr Brian Chand to take care of you. I have been to this location twice and both times Brian has went above and beyond to help and get my services completed as fast and as accurate as possible. From the easy check in process, to walking me to the waiting room to show me the amenities to checking on me during the process you can tell that he cares about you as a customer and wants you to be confident to return. Each oil change and random maintenance issues I’ve ran into have been handled within an hour and a half and I’ve had ZERO issues leaving the service center. Cars are always vacuumed and washed, odometer is set accordingly, paperwork to show how the check up went is neatly attached to an itemized receipt and Mr Chand has walked me to my vehicle each time to make sure everything was 100 percent up to my standards as a customer before handing me the keys. I can’t thank Brian enough for being so kind, caring and considerate of my time and vehicle. There are no smoke and mirrors here. This is a service center that does just that. All the mechanics and staff are fantastic and informative you can tell they ALL take pride in their work. Remember to be patient as it can be busy at times. Everything runs smoother when you can show grace and patience and be kind. So when they get swamped, just flash em a smile and know your vehicle is in good hands and that good people are doing their best to take care of you. Thanks again Brian! I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Kia of Clermont Service Center, and to put it bluntly, it was an utter disappointment. I brought in my leased 2023 Kia Sorento for a routine oil change and a simple tire plug, expecting to pay a reasonable fee. However, what awaited me was not just an overpriced bill but also a demonstration of poor customer service and questionable practices.

Firstly, let's address the financial aspect. I was shocked to find that what should have been a straightforward service, priced at around $50 at any reputable service center, resulted in a bill exceeding $170. This significant discrepancy between the expected and actual cost was not justified by any additional services rendered or parts replaced. It was simply an unjustifiable markup, leaving me feeling exploited and cheated.

Moreover, the lack of transparency regarding the pricing only added insult to injury. There was no clear breakdown provided for the inflated charges, and when questioned, the staff seemed evasive and unhelpful. It's evident that Kia of Clermont prioritizes profit over honesty and fair treatment of customers.

Aside from the financial aspect, the overall service experience was severely lacking. The staff appeared disinterested and indifferent, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Communication was poor, with little to no updates provided regarding the status of my vehicle. It felt as though my concerns were brushed aside, and my time was not valued.

Furthermore, the quality of the service itself left much to be desired. While the oil change and tire plug were eventually completed, there was a distinct lack of attention to detail. It's concerning to entrust one's vehicle to a service center that demonstrates such a lack of care and competence.

In conclusion, my visit to the Kia of Clermont Service Center was a regrettable experience that I would not wish upon anyone. From exorbitant pricing to poor customer service and subpar quality of work, it's evident that this establishment falls short on every front. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with caution and explore alternative options for their automotive needs.

I will be leaving a 1 star review each day with a new email until I am contacted and this is corrected.
