Normally I wouldn't complain about Kaiser or the Infusion Therapy center there but it has gotten so difficult to reach anyone in the Infusion Clinic there. The numbers you get are not directly to the clinic and when you call the main number you get the run around of the people just hang right up on you. I'm truly sick and tired of this because we get an excuse each and every time as to why we can't get through. You cannot run a medical office that deals in really sick people coming there for Chemotherapy and need to reach the medical staff there. Why in the world are they running this so improperly? The number they give you is an answering machine that says you've reached the Infusion Clinic then tells you to leave a message only to end up saying the mailbox is full. That mailbox has been full for 4 years now. All the nurses in that office are wonderful and truly caring medical staff but how they they perform their jobs properly if the patients can't reach them?

Our nurse Lanita is amazing. She is attentive to our son, she makes him feel comfortable and she's definitely funny. She makes his experience at the doctor very easy. He enjoy coming to the doctor because of her. Keep up the great work and making our and all the patients visit a great experience. Lanita #1 Pediatric nurse!!!

HORRIBLE, I arrived at Kaiserpemente on Security Blvd at 9:08. I checked in for a 9:20 appointment about 9:15. Staff was notified I was there. After 30 minutes of waiting I inquired about my appointment. After 40 minutes I was called for a blood pressure check. I asked the medical staff if she could take my pressure manually and she did not. As usual my pressure was high (the medical staff said because I was upset). After my pressure was taken, I was asked to sit in another room for 10 minutes so my pressure could be checked again. I informed the staff I would not because I already waited for 40 minutes. The service is really declining. Kaiser may need to really screen better the staff they are hiring. No one should have to be inconvenienced for a simple blood pressure check. People need to do the job they were hired for.

How could you not love Kaiser? I had an ultrasound appointment and I couldn’t take my baby in with me, so I headed to PEDs department to get assistances from Lanita. At time she was a little busy but I was greeted by Brittany Johnson who took over immediately. She cared for her while I had my appointments. My child felt very comfortable with Brittany. Thank you all so much. Coming here is more than a clinic it’s feels like a big happy family.

I’ve had my share of mammograms at this age and this one was the best by far. Sandra the tech was very gentle and kind. She helped ease my anxiety and answered all of my annoying questions before we started. Thanks!
