Really nice hospital, always clean, really nice friendly staff. Little cafe available with ample seating. They have a Shoppers Drug Mart there for easy prescription drop off and pick ups.

Parking can be a bit tough during busy times but with an outdoor lot as well as an underground lot there is more than enough space. Even the price for parking is fair compared to the rest of metro Vancouver!

On June 4, 2024, at 10:30 AM, we had an appointment at the Early Pregnancy & Assessment Clinic at the Jim Pattison Outpatient Care & Surgery Centre Maternity Clinics in Surrey. We met with Registered Nurse Ms. Teresa and her gynecologist (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) on the 3rd floor. They exceeded our expectations, providing compassionate care and thorough explanations, addressing our concerns and questions regarding my wife's recurring pregnancy loss. They even coordinated with our family doctor to secure a referral to BC Women's Hospital. We were deeply grateful for their kindness, expertise, and dedication. It's healthcare professionals like them who make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable patients. Thank you, Ms. Teresa and the Dr, for your outstanding care and compassion. Keep up the fantastic work.

I've had a few procedures and exams done at this outpatient facility over the years. My experiences have always been wonderful. The building is always very clean, and my appointments are always on time. Most recently, I had an MRI done, and the technician, Sunny, was so patient and kind. Grateful for such a well run facility with lovely staff.

My mom had Echo exam appointment on noon November 30th. The hospital looks clean , and new .The receptionist was helpful and quickly registered us. After 15 minutes we went for Echo exam and as my mom can’t speak English I translated all commands . The Technician wasn’t a welcoming person and didn’t have patient to deal with old person and English barrier. We spend 30 min there to get enough pictures and she showed lots of frustrating ,physical and verbal push on my mom .
Disappointing behaviour

I went there yesterday for the first time for an MRI. From the moment I walked in the door downstairs and asked what floor and office I need to go to to get the procedure done and leaving it was an excellent experience.

The people I dealt with regarding my procedure were polite, patient, and gave me the feeling they genuinely cared for my comfort. If I could I'd give yesterday's experience 10 Stars I would. Thanks very much team at the Jim Patterson Outcare center.

It is our second time now in Jim Pattison and we had a great experience here. The receptionist by the entrance was friendly. Up to 3rd floor 3G receptionist was also friendly even she’s having a hard time understanding my husband because he speaks soft that day. Also they have lots of parking spot outside and underground, its just that you have to pay. No free parking around the area.

I had a disappointing experience with the phone receptionist at Dr. Collin M. Jackson's office. My mom had an appointment next Thursday, but she couldn’t make it, so I called to reschedule. After being put on hold for a while, I finally spoke with the receptionist. However, the interaction was far from pleasant. She repeatedly interrupted me, asking for my mom’s information in a brusque manner, and didn’t even allow me to finish my sentences. When I mentioned that my mom doesn’t speak much English and needed my help, the receptionist was dismissive, saying, "Ok then November, I don’t have the calendar so I don’t know which date exactly," before putting me on hold and hanging up.

When I called back, she answered my questions impatiently, with a tone that made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient’s family member trying to help. I understand that medical offices can be busy, but a little kindness and professionalism can go a long way. This experience left a bad impression, especially when compared to the courteous service I’ve received from other places, even during peak hours. It would be great if the office staff could be more understanding and welcoming over the phone.

I took my mom for bone density test today. The tech who did the test was very professional and caring. She noticed that my was in quiet a bit of pain due to her other health reason and the tech tried her best to make my mom feel comfortable. I give her five stars.

On the other hand the receptionist at desk 3 floor level 2 was very rude and unprofessional. She attended only 2 patients in front of my mom then turned around and started gossiping with two others in the area. They were speaking punjabi and were clearly gossiping about some patient which us three waiting in line could hear clearly. To me this is very unprofessional when patients are on time, waiting to be checked in so they don’t miss on their appointment time but staff is busy gossiping.
I hope the shift supervisor/in-charge should monitor this kind of behaviour to keep the service level up.
