The third party they use for jewelry repair is atrocious. You will have to use their care plan because the stones will fall out of your rings. They then will switch with smaller diamond. Ring has been out for repair since OCTOBER and still havent received it back. The associates are really no help because all they can do is look through what has been sent in and tell you they will call you back and they are busy so they won't. I just want my ring back and hope I don't need it repaired in the future

Good clothes and good sales. We went on tax free weekend. With the sales and coupons we had, we spent about half of what we would have at some of the other places we usually shop. Actual savings.. not fake savings. Plus, the clothes we got are better quality and fit for an actual woman's body. The staff were all very nice and kept asking if we needed any help. They acted like they wanted to be there.

Although I’m late doing so, I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge the exceptional customer service we received from Oliver at JCPenney (Arlington, TX) on Sept 28th. From the moment we entered the building, Oliver was engaged. She welcomed us with a smile and the warmest of greetings. This type of engagement (or level of greeting) is not something that my family and I often receive or experience when entering or shopping within JCPenney, which is why Oliver’s actions immediately stood out.

Ultimately, you, Oliver, set the tone for our experience in JCPenney that day and because of her efforts, it turned out to be a good experience for us. Thank you for your commitment to excellence and the customer experience.

And it was the weekend when jeans were priced at $20 a pair, so that was an added bonus. Good service. Great prices. Exceptional quality.

I usually never ever shop at JC Penney but decided to give it a try. My purchase was $548.23 , cashier stated my payment didn't go through and tried to process payment again and stated it still didn't go through, but my bank advised that it did ! JC Penney insisted that it didn't. They took my payment and kept my purchase. I will never shop there again! It really upsets me because the purchase was a Christmas gift to a child that didn't get any new school clothes this year, so I thought I would go all out for Christmas for this kid. Thanks to JC Penney, there will be no Christmas gift from me because they took my money and kept the clothes & shoes and Christmas is in a few days. I am beyond disappointed with this company!

Horrible experience! Wrong items were shipped and received. Opened and washed by mistake as the person thought they were doing a good thing. Returned the items to the store to exchange for the correct items and was told that I need to ship it back to the warehouse. At this store I was helped to contact customer service to get a shipping label and advised that I will definitely get a my refund, since I was interested in buying the correct items. Purchased the correct items in store only to find out two weeks later that JC Penny warehouse refuses to refund me my money since the items were washed. I have spend double the money to get the correct items and I’m unable to return any of it since the incorrect items was washed - not worn and the newly purchased correct items have definitely been washed and worn! Don’t let this store or JC Penny Scam you! Will be seeking legal counsel at small claims court!
