Currently waiting for 1.5 years have now gone threw two investigators don't give a fig about helping anyone. No investigator after almost two years a g Sullivan just disappeared wasn't even notified until I inquired. Thanks for undeserving me and not even reassigning the case at this rate I'll be retired or maybe your hoping I'll drop dead. Clear case of collusion and nepotism. My tax dollars went to this nothing but excuses. I worked with underprivileged undereducated people and this is what I deserve when I needed help? I'll pray you get to my case sometime in this decade. They seem to be disorganized and inept and unapologetic I'm going to assume my case is buried in a pile. Total joke. Thanks for grossly undeserving me because you could. Excuse after excuse don't expect any type of relief or justice because they just don't care.

HELP PLEASE. I would want to believe that the division office in Buffalo new york has been overwhelmed with very high counts of discriminatory complaints. It is very sad ..currently October 29,2024. I have filed two complaint with the division of human rights around April 27,2024. I have complained about being targeted, harassed, racially profiled, wage theft, and accused of being violent because of my race ,color and nationality. I have submitted direct evidence of emails ,video recording, audio recording, multiple paychecks with 4 individual illegal deductions plus missing overtime
hours missing regular hours and bonuses .the evidence that i submitted can prove all these claims, in addition my employers position statement also proves and confirms my claims and complaints to the division of human rights....it's been 180 days since the complaints was filed .the division of human rights in Buffalo does not have any investigators or the investigators are overwhelmed with other complaints...again very sad ...Buffalo city is very corrupt and definitely one would have to be very careful or you can end up being blacklisted, discriminated, victimized, targeted ,harassed ,bullied ect....it is very hard to get genuine lawful justice in Buffalo if you falls among the minority ....very sad....

My recent hearing with the DHR. Was given a lawyer who sits on his hands and doesn’t help in the hearing, the judge is biased in my case and hates me, the judge even told the lawyer to stop doing there job. The hearing is rigged and judge a dog and pony show. The opposing lawyer gets to harass clients on the stand and the judge and my lawyer do nothing it’s allowed. There is no law and order in this country. America has no good court system anymore.

I'm reading the most recent reviews and I must admit I'm pretty much in the same boat. I call leave an 'instucted' message and may get a callback days later from a woman who clearly hates her job from her tone. I've been told so many different things regarding my case; I'm beginning to wonder if it's been closed out. This is bad business.

An offence! They did not show up to the deposition that they scheduled. It was the second communication with them since a entered an age complaint. The first was my info sent to them returned to me from a foil request. As I read more about it; the offense committed to me was much worse than I had thought from a legal stand point. I would say they are not attorneys even if the state says they are. Actual attorneys must communicate and stick to a schedule, meet dead lines and not misrepresent.
I am representing myself after finding no legal rep and they are obligated to be prompt with a (Pro Say) person. its been NINE months and they missed the meeting!

Why is the state funding this smoke screen office because they want you believe there here to help you but there not. I have contacted the Governor Hochul about this office no response time for change in government office
