En 2010 moi et mon conjoint sommes aller à El paso en voiture pour le travaille, et nous avons décidé d'y retourner cette année pour refaire ce voyage que nous avions tant aimé. Cette fois ci nous avons eue la chance de magasiner la fermeture de k-mart et un magasin d'outil que mon conjoint aime beaucoup. Un très beau voyage de 4 jours de route, 4 jours de magasin, et 4 jours de retour.

I am just so extremely happy with my stay here , even though som features need to be upgraded here it is an amazing place to stay. From the Hotels leadership to the porters to all the housekeeping staff. This was by far the best Homewood I have stayed at. The attitude of each person was amazing , the helpfulness of the front desk on any situation was amazing. Especially Miss Alexis. She was on the spot the best Front Office person I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with. This hotel and team deserve the highest of honors. Thank you to the GM for providing the leadership to ensure the staff is very Customer focused and willing to do what’s right at all times.

Very comfortable room, with separate bedroom from a living room with a mini kitchen (stove/frig/microwave/dishwasher/sink). Freezer had working ice machine.
2 TV sets, very comfortable rooms. Parking was well lit and monitored

If you are a smoker DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!!
Husband and I are smokers and we went outside almost 4 times a day to smoke and was STILL charged a smoking fee!! The hotel manager claims that housekeeping found ashes in the room. DUH! I WENT OUTSIDE TO SMOKE, DIDN'T FINISH THE WHOLE THING & BROUGHT THE REST BACK IN INSTEAD OF THROWING IT ON THE GROUND AND PLACED IT ON THE DRESSER. I requested that the manager send me pictures of what she found and that still has not been done!!! I also requested that the manager pull the cameras from around the building so she can see i have been outside constantly to smoke. If i was going to sneak and smoke in the room why the hell would I continue to constantly walk all the way outside to smoke? On top of being falsely charged they also have a homeless woman that live in the public restroom on the 1st floor across from the front desk! The young woman comes out every morning for breakfast, stacks up 4-5 plates & goes in the public restroom to eat. That restroom was filled with the young ladies personal belongings, and other things. I travel weekly for work and have never ever encountered such a shitty manager she not once a an tried to investigate the allegations. Very disappointed in Hilton!!!

Reading through previous comments I seen people complaining about the rooms odor, I am almost certain the smell in room 306 has been there WELL BEFORE I even checked in! You guys just keep charging people for the odor and you guys are NEVER fixing the problem!!!! That nasty meldew smell was previously already in that room but because I am a smoker I never noticed it.

The room was pretty old. Appliances and furniture. It’s not a bad hotel but they do need to upgrade some point in time. The breakfast was included. The pool was kind of dirty , small but it wasn’t that bad my son enjoyed. The beds were comfortable and the room was pretty cold. And the rooms are really clean as well.

There were small, dead roaches on top of the bed sheets. The attached photos are of some other unknown dead bugs under the covers. I called the front desk to have all sheets replaced and the room deep cleaned while I went to work. Young guy covered in gold chains at the front desk was a bit of a smart aleck and unhelpful. Another staff member texted me while I was at work and helped out. Room was spotless when I came back. Breakfast was simply ok, but look out for the fruit flies and gnats hovering around the fruit, cheese, and salsas. Overall ok hotel, but probably won't stay again. Too many other options close by.

This particular hotel has a strict room cleaning policy. They clean during the day. And I work 3rd shift. I get back at 7:30ish, and they don't start until 8:30. So they require me to not go to sleep so that they can clean my room (which isn't needed or wanted anyway). This is deeply agitating and significantly reduces my comfort while staying here. I will request that my company not place me in this hotel again. Let this be a heads-up to anyone that may work nights and has to stay here. First and second shift workers should be just fine here. Well, if you get a room NOT facing the road. There is a lot of traffic noise at all hours of the day. OH, and both of the tables in the room are on the verge of falling apart.
