Today the tire that was replaced is swollen. I just had it replaced at this dealership on 09/20/2024. Today I came back and informed them that the tire that was replaced is swollen. The dealership said to replace it and I have to pay another $220 fee for the tire to be replaced which is not fair to me. I tried to get the Honda dealership number and email address and they gave me a contact number 800 999 1009 which did not work. I am very disappointed that I have to pay more.

Save your money and your life and don’t go here. After buying my car from this dealer, I’d been using their service center exclusively for all my routine services. What a mistake!!

The condition my car was returned to me was totally unacceptable and dangerous when I picked it up a few days ago. Negligent, lazy and unsafe service job despite paying a premium price.

On the day I picked up my car, I drove it for a mere 20 miles (in traffic - 30mph max) before it became un-drivable. I noticed that one of the tire guards underneath the hood had fallen down and was scraping against the road. To ensure my safety, I pulled over the the closest mechanic who noticed:

The front bumper was missing all its screws.
The front right tire guard was missing.
The splash guard under the car and other parts were also missing.

It is entirely unacceptable that none of these issues were brought to my attention when I picked up my car from Honda the day before.

Thank goodness I was only driving in traffic when the splash guard fell down.

Pics attached are mileage when I left the service center vs. mileage when my car became un-drivable. Literally 20 miles.

I purchased 2020 Honda Fit back in January and while the experience was generally positive, there were a few points worth mentioning. The dealership had the car in stock, and I was able to test drive it, which I loved. The car itself has been fantastic and met all my expectations.

However, what soured the experience was the lack of transparency in the sales process. The salesperson assured us the car came with a 7-year warranty, but it turns out this was actually factored into the financing, which wasn't disclosed upfront. We would have been fine with paying for the warranty, but we would have appreciated more honesty about the numbers from the beginning.

While the car is great, the lack of clarity in the sales process has left me feeling a bit misled. Because of this, I probably wouldn’t return to buy another car from this dealership. Transparency is key, and it was missing from our experience.

worst service.
I have a honda crv2016 car. a few days ago, the driver's door handle broke down. I'm exchanging three door handle parts i paid a whopping $1,235.when repairing a door the labor cost is charged per part, total repair cost of $1235, they charged me $523.95 for labor and $370 twice, and $158 and $120 for parts. I don't understand why they charge per part labor for replacing a door handle part. But they couldn't fix it. And they charged me another$130 for parts. honda service hollywood really is ripping off their customers. I will absolutely never come here again. Anyone reading this, please do not visit honda service center. you could end up losing you money. I will upload the invoice later.

I never do reviews but I had to for them. I had a Honda civic lease that was due in three months and went to turn it in early. I started off at another Honda dealership in Hollywood earlier in the day but I walked out of the other place due to the disrespectful and snakey behavior. I went here on a whim right after and it was like night and day. Save your time and go here. You will be dealing with real genuine people who just want to help you get a car. They were all so genuine. None of that aggressive pushy behavior. They listened and negotiated to what was the actual fair price. If I could give ten stars I would.

Wrose dealership in town.

I had an appointment for 2:55 unfortunately I got caught up in some traffic and got there there by 3:05. Once I was there nobody showed up no until 10min later the guy who attended me was very careless and turned me out saying that it was too late already and they had too many cars already that they were booked for the day. If I come to this dealership is for the convenience that is close to my place of work, but this is not the first bad experience thathad happened to me here they forgot to put the fasteners of my air filter, they tested my battery and left it insecure, oil nut loose and leaking they had always done something wrong, but is not their fault, it's me who just keep coming here tho this place.
