Visiting Aspen for Xmas/NYE and here is my first stop after landing. This boutique is so cute like a winter cottage. I thought it’s a pop-up store but upon entering you can pretty much find everything from jewelry to bags and men/women 2024 spring summer collections. It gets very busy during holidays/weekends so I highly recommend to make an appointment with your sales associate in advanced.

I've visited numerous Hermes stores across Europe, Asia, and the US, but this particular store was the most disappointing. Despite Hermes' selective sales strategy, the sales representative here was unprofessional. Before I could say anything, she immediately responded with a curt 'no bags,' which felt discriminatory. Her demeanor and expression unmistakably conveyed an unwelcoming attitude, leaving me with a negative impression.

Where do I begin? Let's start with the store itself, warm and inviting with vibes of a Swiss mountain chalet. Let's move on to the curated selection of offerings, from clothing to shoes, jewelry, belts, home furnishings, watches , those amazing scarves. And of course the finest leather goods in the world !! I saved the best for last. The staff starting at the top with the store director Amelie, class personified, and all the associates, specifically our associate kori. She is an example of what every hermes associate should aspire to be.

The staff has Delusions of grandeur at this particular store. They work for Hermes and I thought Hermes pays them to provide customer service. It’s Aspen , I thought they’d at least smile !

Glad to finally have an Hermès in the valley. I have had nothing but good experiences at this location. Danny is always personable and professional. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It does get busy but it is not too much of a wait if you are patient.

Love this Hermes! Kori, Daniel, and Robin are sweethearts. I really couldn’t wish for a better home store. It can get quite busy so if you’d like a more spacious shopping experience stop by on a weekday.

For those complaining about not getting a bag— it’s just the way it works. It’s not worth complaining or being rude about it. If you can’t be patient then buy resale x

Very condescending to costumers. Poor sales skill. When I asked if they have bag they said no. Then they basically just kept silence and wanted me to leave. I understand most Hermes don’t give customers bag. But just because I don’t look like super rich so you just want me to leave without properly welcome me or introduce me to anything else in the store?
1 extra star for at least answered my question.
