It was a quick & easy procedure from my side, The pain was gone as soon as I woke up from surgery! After having knee pain for a decade I felt great. The room was pleasant and the staff even more so. The nurses and doctors were so accommodating and PT was there almost immediately. You all made the fear of having a knee replacement evaporate! Thank you so much!

My daughter ended up being in rhabdo- happens with her metabolic condition.. the ER was so patient and nice.. but the PICU was AMAZING… Rebecca and Shelly made the experience so amazing for me.. they were willing to learn about her condition because it’s rare.. they were ontop of it and so gentle with my child. I’m so thankful to know this hospital is here because we vacation every here every year! Highly recommend they let my girl draw on the windows and took her on wagon rides! 10/10 stars

Went through registration and lab work at HCA. My doctors coding was wrong and a very helpful and diligent woman in processing called and had my doctors office fix the issue so medicare would cover the labs I needed for surgery. She spent probably 20 minutes trying each code the doctors office supplied till my doctors office finally got it right. Sure do wish I could remember the woman's name. The process after getting the paperwork correct went fast and easy. An x-ray by a professional intern or someone that seemed new and was supervised by another technician.
Urinalysis and blood draw was painless and quick, both were processed by the same person witch made it a smooth process. Then a short drive over to outpatient services where I received a quick EKG. Hats off to all who helped process everything that day.

Bill at the check-in desk was super nice. The doctor was super nice. The registration nurse was super nice. Everybody was super nice on top of the problem I had they looked at it did some test and sent me home with antibiotics. Treated me there for it. I was very satisfied. I’m on my second day of antibiotics And it’s starting to feel a little bit better. I love this hospital. I will go nowhere else.

Friendly ER greeting staff. Promptly ran tests on my mother. However, the nursing staff was inattentive to my mother’s needs. They disappeared once the initial tests were done. She received no extra blanket though needed (she was shivering), no pillow, no water. Not a good experience.

I would like to say thank you to 2 South team of nurses, techs, hospitalist, lab, unit secretary, unit coordinator and all the staff in 2 South,they went above and beyond. My stay there at this facility was the best. Everyone I encountered has a smiling face, great personality, great work ethic in the medical field.
I am glad to have been taken care of during my health issue . The 3 hospitalist that was my Dr during my stay were amazing and thorough and great bedside manner. The director of the unit,Mrs.Brianna is awesome!! She gets it done.Housekeeping team really went above and beyond to keep everything clean.thank you all for the great care...

You better be ready to sit and wait all day!
Seems like they book way too many appointments in one time frame making the patient wait way more time than needed! I thought the first time was just an off day for them but my second visit was the same! I Sat over 4 hrs waiting just to go back for out patient procedure to get started! Took almost 7 hrs for a 45 min procedure!
Seems like there’s a better way to do things in my opinion!

I have been to a lot of emergency rooms over the years! I decided to try HCA this time and wow. The staff were amazingly kind and professional which is most important. The doctor who spoke with me was courteous, explained everything, gave me great follow up instructions, and was compassionate. All ER's are busy, the staff truly treated my needs very well. Each person knew their job and communicated in a brief yet concise manner. I felt cared for and respected. The hospital is clean and organized. If you are all about interior decor then this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for quality care, diagnosis, by a staff team that is professional then this is the place to go. Thank you so much, I had a great experience and recovery.
