Splendid basic medical services from an agency that is highly acclaimed for its civic devotion to the community at-large. Such rapidity was exercised for what I needed to accomplish as in the manner of receiving a tuberculosis skin test. It was as simple as understanding the quantum physics behind of why we humans must understand that we all need to communicate in a respectable and just manner. I placed my name with their annals with the scribing of my name, and why I was visiting this serene establishment. Next, I was graciously handed a clipboard with a short form to identify who I was. Signed and dated, I returned my written vitals to the exceptional medical clerk, whereupon I was asked for the nominal fee of $20.00 for the action of the test to take place. A minute later I was given an authentic receipt, and I sat to wait for my named to be called. Meanwhile, a television was in the process of broadcasting Aladdin's drama in the majestic sand dunes of a sumptuously scenic Middle East. Two minutes elapsed before a medical nurse led me to a room, where I was professionally given the much-ballyhooed tuberculosis skin test. The speed was of the lightning experience. The process was as tranquil and smooth as the sheen of a single blade of grass shimmering in a foothill meadow where secret gardens and valleys are discovered and cherished as divine moments of clarity.

What an insulting waste of time. Had an appointment at 1pm. Was sitting there until 1:45pm. Asked how long it would take, they didn't know. Two people who checked in after me were already seen and left. Tried to rechedule because I have other places to be, get told I'd have to wait another week. This place is not worth the unprofessionalism, save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Found this place just this morning on google. I was in and out for a TB test in about 18 minutes. Just needed to fill out quick paperwork and pay $20. They accept card or cash. Very nice staff as well.

I too went in for a TB test (like it seems most other reviewers did). They were so gracious about my crying & everything due to my phobia of needles. And I waited only like 10 minutes since I walked thru the door until they called me back. I loved that it only cost $20 as well bc I recently moved to Fresno from a different California county & didn't have Medi-Cal set up thru Fresno county yet. I'm going back today for a different appt & I will update afterwards with how I liked their service today.

I had an incredible experience with them. I needed a TB test done for my job. In and out within 5 minutes and everyone was nice and friendly customer service.

This service was super disappointing, I called them to make an appointment but this girl on the phone with me was just trying to talk over me and say that I need to do this and that like literally I’m suffering here with a condition but she kept talking about their program when I don’t even know what they have and it is my first time trying to make an appointment. She wasn’t even trying to understand my point of view or even give me any information to see if I am qualify to their program. The person on the phone that I was with was so rude.

I just visited the office for a tb test it was only $20.00 dollars, i have no health insurance as of now and that was a great deal, I would have spent over $100.00 for the new pt fee and the app for them to check my arm after. I'm so happy with the receptionist, she was friendly and really nice. It was a pleasant talking with her even if i was in and out in under 10 min. I will be going every year for my test

Not sure if the doctor or PA through which this clinic operates under is aware, but an MA interpreted my TB test today which is not allowed under their license. This MA also interpreted my test as positive after which they initially attempted to allow me a copy of my results and had me take a picture with my phone. That is ridiculous as it is my own private patient information which I am entitled to access. Unfortunately, no one else was at the office at my time of visit, so I was unable to receive a second opinion from a licensed professional and required a chest x-ray for a copy of my results to be available to me per their clinic's protocol. I feel such a dose of radiation is quite unnecessary, given the visual appearance of my test as well as my own personal low-risk profile for TB. Observing how the MA read my results was concerning as she measured the redness around the site of injection instead of the physical bump, leading to an erroneous 21 mm x 19 mm positive result.

I will note however that the staff is professional and courteous which is why I feel 3 stars is appropriate. However, I feel it necessary to report so that the medical licenses this clinic operate under are aware of this malpractice. Although the title, Medical Assistant, may suggest a medical license, they are not licensed the same as a MD/DO, PA-C, or NP. Only those with a medical license are certified to interpret TB results.
