i found them on YouTube and decided to give them a call and they customer service was far the best i ever had in my life. i bought one of their enterprise level drones and i wasn’t disappointed at all. one of the workers name Chris went out his way and make sure my drone was delivered to me with in hours by paying for the next day air due to i was traveling international. to add on i received a 3-month DJI Terra software, which was a free $400. i went to other deals and they could never stand up to the quality like Florida Drone Supply.

I don't usually leave reviews online. However, I feel Florida Drone Supply deserves this review. I just purchased a DJI M30T package. Chris Yellina helped me every step of the way. I am new to the industry and Chris walked me through everything. His professionalism, honesty, and transparency was refreshing. I highly recommend FDS for all your drone needs. Excellent service and pricing!

I spoke with Chris during a drone conference and he was very knowledgeable on all the new and upcoming drone technologies that are out there. He and his crew had all different kinds of drones that we were able to see in action, and it would be a fair assumption that he would also do the same at their store front if you’re unsure of the kind of drone you’d need for your industry. After the conference I decided to buy a personal drone and Chris was willing to work with me and got it all done in a day and it was shipped just a few hours later. I will 100% be a returning customer for any future drone needs that I may have.

I HATE LEAVING BAD REVIEWS, ESPECIALLY BEING A BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF. BUT THIS COMPANY HAS REALLY GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND TO EARN THIS REVIEW! I URGE EVERYONE BUYING FOR THE FIRST TIME TO GO AHEAD AND GET 3 ESTIMATES FOR WHATEVER YOUR BUYING AND TO ASK QUESTIONS. CALL THE MANUFACTURER IF NEEDED. BUT DO NOT ASSUME THE PRICE YOUR ABOUT TO PAY IS GOING TO BE THE SAME PRICE YOU WOULD HAVE PAID IF YOU WAITED 4 DAYS. YOU SEE, BACK ON JUNE 30TH 2023 I WIRED FLORIDA DRONE SUPPLY $16,000.00 FOR A MAUTRICE 30T AFTER 2 WEEKS, THE ITEM ARRIVED. NATURALLY I STARTED GOING ONLINE AT THAT TIME AND LOOKING AT MORE DATA AND WATCHING VIDEOS AND TO MY SUPRISE, THE PORICING DROPPED TO $8500 EVERY ON THE INTERNET. THAT WAS ALMOST $8000 THAT I LOST BECAUSE THEY WOULDNT HONOR THE NEW PRICE AND WHEN I ADVISED THEM OF THERE 30 DAY RETURN POLICY THEY THEN WANTED TO MAKE A DEAL. THEY SAID, WELL WE WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE IF YOU RETURNED IT. WHICH IS $3200 JUST TO TURN AROUND AND SHIP IT BACK? THAT MADE NO SENSE, BUT I LISTENED. THEN THEY SAID, WELL HOW ABOUT WE GIVE A $3000 STORE CREDIT THAT YOU CAN USE OVER THE PERIOD OF A YEAR BROKEN INTO 4 QURTERS SO IT DOESNT HURT OUR CASH FLOW. BEING THE NICE PERSON I AM, I AGREED. WELL A YEAR LATER AND ONLY $127 OF THAT CREDIT HAS BEEN HONORED, AND EVERY QURTER WHEN I PROCESSED A SMALL ORDER THAT REALLY DID ME NO GOOD, IT NEVER GOT PROCESSED. NOW, I HAVE TO GET DJI INVOLVED AND POSSIBLY TAKE LEGAL ACTION. THIS WAS A $8000 DOLLAR HIT JOB FROM A COMPANY THAT SEEMS TO HAVE GREAT REVIEWS. ON TOP OF ALL THIS, I BOUGHT ANOTHER DRONE FROM THEM. THE ANAFI AI. ANOTHER MISTAKE! THE UNIT HAS NOT OPERATED CORRECXTLY SINCE I GOT IT. BUT DEALING WITH THEM WILL ONLY RESULT IN THE SAME THING. ONCE I HAVE MY RESELLER AUTHORITY FOR MY DRONE SERVICE COMPANY I WILL BE SURE TO COME BACK AND POST THE INFO BECAUSE ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED HONESTLY AND THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY WHEN THE SUPPLIER PROVIDES A 30 DAY NOTICE OF ALL PRICE CHANGES IS WROING. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS DROP SHIPPED. THEY TRIED TO SAY THEY HAD IT IN INVENTORY BUT THE BOX LABEL SHOWS A DJI ADDRESS THAT IT WAS MAILED FROM. LIE ON TOP OF LIE WITH NO RESOLUTION AS IF I WAS SOME DUMMY. WE WILL SEE WHO THE DUMMY IS. A YEAR HAS GONE BY. YOU HAVE HAD AMPLE TIME TO REFUND THE MONEY OR HONOR A CREDIT. NOW, IM GOING FOR IT ALL ON TOP OF LAWYER FEES FOR UNFARE TRADE PRACTICES AND DECEPTION! GURANTEED TO COST 4 TIMES WHAT I WAS OWED JUST IN ATTORNEY FEES!

Bought a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 in February as it was only site that had them at the time. Unfortunately the manufacturer pushed dates back without notice, however, Chris did his absolute best to get it to me the fastest and made sure I was well taken care of it. I live in Texas so it's not always easy to reach out. I wouldn't be worried about anything including customer service with them. 5 stars
