My experience today was horrible I went to buy a lip liner cashier charge another amount I mentioned to her wrong prize person putting items out said that was the price confusing it with balm prize she argued I call for a manager the later putting items out lie Saud you looked for trouble before I said you must be confusing me stop treating me like that. The manage cashier and other went against me the three of them should be fired disgusting attitude worst place ro shop

The store is always stocked, but the isles are always crowded with boxes. The cashiers are not nice or friendly. They don't speak to you unless your Hispanic. They don't greet you or try to help you. The customer service needs improvement.

I like going to this family Dollar. They have good customer service. Cashiers are very nice. The Store is organized you always see somebody working and putting stuff on the shelves.

Noticeably there are new employees, with that said they are some of the most helpful and polite employees that we have had in this store, especially the young lady at the cash register dont know her name, but she is fairly tall, hair braided nicely and she is new as well, but one thing she has that is so prevalent is a great smile. Regardless of how she is treated by customers she holds that smile, now I know this is not the highest paying job but when you have employees like this it sure makes you feel happy as you leave the store. So Great Kudo's to employees like this........and they will no doubt make great management material should they get a chance to move up. Appreciate all there help and the cleanliness of this store, no doubt 5 STAR, and can only hope upper management let's them know how great of a job they are doing there, as it just makes folks like myself, wanting to shop at this store. ?

There are a few THINGS that can be done in the store to make it a LITTLE cleaner but I love the fact that it is right down the street from MY house. Thank you Family DOLLAR for having stuff I need and also when I ask the delivery person to bring something for me it was in there like 4 days later. That's good service.
