The people at Ed Morse Powersports are very kind & very helpful. Our bike broke down on east I-44, we had it towed to their location. As soon as it was off the tow truck, they were looking it over to see what needed to be fixed & quickly got the parts ordered, they had them overnighted from Iowa. They made sure we got to our hotel that night and picked us up the next morning. They treated us like we were family even though we were strangers from Indiana. My husband & I are so blessed to have people like this help us. Thanks again!!!

I went into the dealership today to test ride a few bikes to see what I'd like to purchase. I go into the showroom and speak to what seemed to be the only sales associate in the building and let her know what the two bikes were that I'd like to test ride. She told me to look around while she was helping another customer. I sat there for more than half an hour without any more help.

Eventually, she comes back to me saying "she spoke to the manager and normally we don't allow test rides at Ed Morse but if you want to decide on the bike you want and figure out a number with our manager, then we can let you test ride." This is an absolutely unacceptable business practice. How can someone really know which bike they want without having the opportunity to test ride them?

Take your business elsewhere. The staff here need to take a trip up to Gateway BMW in St. Louis to see how a dealership should operate and treat customers.

Nothing but great things to say about this dealership. With the team of Brent Walter's ( service manager)and Nathan Love ( finance guy ) I was able to walk away trading in a bike and walking out with another. I was super excited about the numbers when the dusked settled. I have bought many of bikes through the years at many Dealerships but hands down this was my best experience. Thank you to the dealership and especially Thanks to Brent and Nathan. Highly recommended, oh and there inventory is huge.

I would leave less if I could. Was told they had master mechanics that could fix anything. Had issue with high and park in a Chinese rig. They had it for a month parts were discontinued and they put it together worse than when I took it there. Still charged $500 bucks for nothing and gave it back broke. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Ruined me as a side by side owner and for the sport. The only shining light was George and his great customer service and effort put in.
