Excellent customer service, very reliable, and locally owned. I came in on a Tuesday before hurricane Helene touched down on Florida. I needed to get 21 Fed Ex packages with payrolls to California priority overnight and the lady at the counter was super helpful and sweet. I was in and out. Must have taken me no more than 5 minutes. I received a confirmation receipt and we both verified all 21 packages were scanned and accounted for. Pick up for Fed Ex is by 4pm so make sure you make it by 3:50 or so to be on the safe side. The next day at work I was very happy to have learned that all 21 payrolls made it to their clients. I highly recommend this establishment for any shipping needs and plus. I don't recall the lady's name that helped me but I know she lives in Pemproke Pines since we spoke of driving in bad weather. Thank you!
