Great experience. The repair was quickly done. They charged me significantly less than what they originally quoted, which I thought was honest and much appreciated. They have a communication interface which was efficient and useful. Highly recommend this business.

Amazing customer service with Joe at the County Line location!! He fixed my vacuum in under 5 minutes. Walking out with what sounds like a new vacuum cleaner! Contrast this visit with 40 minutes prior, when I was on the phone for 20 minutes with the most unhelpful rep from Dyson Customer Service on the phone.
After 10 minutes of gibberish, I had to draw out of him what he was trying to say which amounted to “Go to your local service center.” Why did that have to take more than 10 minutes to say Horrible customer service on phone but supreme service at the in-person center. Never call customer service—unless you want to experience frustration from not getting service.

I took in 2 full size vacuums and 2 hand held vacuums ranging from 3-12 years old and within 20 minutes, they were maintenanced and working like new again, all free of charge under the warranty! Thanks guys!

Brought my Dyson in because one of the levers on the canister broke off due to lugging up and down the stairs. Not only that the rep fix the problem immediately he also tested the vacuum and realize there was a problem with the electric motor. Called me the same day and let me know that although I was out of warranty they were going to fix anyway. Great shop. Great service. Highly recommend

Fantastic service - went in expecting I’d need to wait for parts or leave vacuums behind, but staff helped replace an old battery and clean our filters while we waited so we could walk out 20 minutes later with two perfectly working vacuums. Excellent friendly service!

So fast and friendly I didn’t have a chance to get the name of the gentleman who helped me. I brought my air purifier in and had it fixed in minutes. I had already tried everything at home and had spoken to Dyson Customer Service to try to resolve it. It was a quick and obvious fix, but I appreciate how kind and thorough they were.
