New Furnace Install 31Oct2024 - Extremely happy with my experience with Donaldson. Right from the initial call to have a in home consult you receive a friendly reception and a quick and accurate response. Reed McKay came out promptly and provided a detailed consultation and recommendation explaining precisely the details of the appliance and all costs and promotions associated with it. This was followed immediately with an email of the quote. Reed is highly experienced with a great personality and trustworthy, so I felt very comfortable making my decision.
The install went great. Josh, Milton and Mahout did a great job. The workmanship, care and respect while installing the furnace was exceptional. Great personalities and worked well as a team.
Donaldson uses a system where when a service technician is on their way you'll get a notification with the name and picture of who's coming as well as a tracking link where you can actually track on Google Maps giving you a precise ETA.
I am extremely happy with my decision to go with Donaldson and I highly recommend this company.

Donaldson Home Services did an amazing job on our ensuite bathroom renovation. They turned our outdated 80's style into a relaxing spa-like space. They use top quality materials and fixtures that are built to last. Dan and his crew are organized, skilled, polite and accommodating. Had Donaldson Heating out this week to troubleshoot furnace not working at all. Dave Dawson was at our home within a few hours. Unfortunately, the furnace and water heater both needed replacement. Dave completely explained entire issue, our options and made recommendations. We opted to have Donaldson quote us new furnace and water heater with side venting to bypass a faulty chimney. Dave made a call and Danielle from the sales team was at our home that night. She quoted us explained and made suggestions for purchase and payment options. Once we made our decision. She then made calls/arrangements to have everything start the very next morning. Next morning Pat Wain and assistant arrived to install new furnace and water heater and take away old ones. Everything was installed, working and tested before 4:30pm that night. Everyone we dealt with was so very polite and ensured that we understood and happy with the entire process. They were very respectful removing shoes etc when going in/out of the house and completely cleaned up afterwards. Their prices were also very reasonable. We highly recommend this company and their team. Thanks everyone!!

Just had a mini split heat pump installed. Saleh and Mahmoud did an excellent job on the install. They took great care to keep my home clean while they worked. I was very pleased with their attention to detail and their concern for a level and square run of the power cabling and the installed equipment. Thanks to Chris for the initial visit and quote for the appropriate equipment.

With all the stress of a basement flood, Donaldson Heating and Air Conditioning made things a little easier. Upfront pricing, quick installation with technicians who took time to explain things before, during and after installation and easy payment options. I recommend them and would personally use them again.

Excellent service and arrangement for a tech to arrive at my home.
He was very polite.
The issue I had was the quote for the fix I have no issue with travel fee. For what had to be done l felt it was about $150 to high . 2 pipes tad to be cut . it was a simple 2 , 90 degree fittings and about 6” of 3/4 copper pipe to join the water lines
Your tech agreed with the easy fix that we discussed.
I will look else where for a more reasonable quote
