I came in there today, November 2 on a Saturday. The woman behind the glass was very helpful, but there was a woman standing on the outside also helping people. My son can barely walk and he uses a walker. He is very disabled. She tells him please stop so you don’t hit my foot rudely. When he was asked to come up to the window by the way. And then she says, can you just move your walker over because you’re taking up too much space. I’m a Christian. I shut my mouth and didn’t say anything. But something needs to happen with her attitude. She is the worst worker . She’s a little overweight. She’s black and a pain in my butt if anyone wants to know.

Had to renew my driver's license. I made a same day appointment through the DMV website. Easy process. Received a text confirmation with a ticket #. I sent a text message back to DMV once I arrived. Had a less than 5 minute wait. The representative confirmed my appointment and helped me immediately. The representative offered excellent service and I was in and out of a busy DMV in about 30 minutes. Parking was good.

I had an appointment and waited for over an hour. They had no clue what they were talking about, and I had to call the main office the next day AND go back, wait in line all over again, to complete my transaction. I felt sorry for the lady trying to help me. Her supervisor would not come out. It was the end of the day and they were busy, which I understand, but that doesn't mean you don't assist someone who made an appointment. You can tell when it's an appointment vs a walk-in by the letter-number you receive. Many non-appointments went while I sat there for that hour.

We made appointments this DMV a week ago we (my son and I) got there early checked in etc. sat down, we waited more than 50 minutes past my appointment time and people in line with no appointments were being served before us. I went yo the desk and ask and was told I would be next I sat there through another couple of numbers being called and it still wasn’t my number. I finally went up to a window and asked for a supervisor and the lady talked to the supervisor and took me after the last number that was called. this was ridiculous! The rep at the window Was very nice, but this system does not work and it’s very frustrating to sit there 50 minutes past your appointment time while other people walking in the door in the without a appointment are taken before you. Very poor!!!

My experience has been underwhelming. The customer care officials can do better to be more friendly and actually explain better to the customers. There’s no visible enquiry desk/ office do there’s very little to no help. Really unfriendly experience.

Although everyone was very nice, we made an appointment for 2:30 and still had to
Wait 1.5 hrs yes HOURs before my nephew was taken for his driving test. Why even make an appointment? Maybe they need more than one individual administering the test. I have no idea how they are going to get through the rest of the individuals waiting for the same thing. Just be prepared and patient. It’s all you can do.

47 minute wait, 15 minute appointment.

DMV is total trash. They list documents on the website to bring with you. Then they won't accept copies of the document. Then you come back and they need additional documentation... how hard is it to explain that on your website? And why wouldn't you say that the first time you come through...
