Bon service, très propre, bon accueil. Toutefois le processus d'accueil peut mener à des files d'attente un peu longues. Mais on y est confortable et une fois au guichet nous avons toujours eu un bon service à la Disney.

They were insightful and very helpful with any questions we had. I was search for a regional adapter to leave the country and there’s definitely non on the premises. However they have a different portable option there for $30 it wasn’t exactly what we were searching for a wall mount. Thanks anyways

There are systems in place due to COVID19 like a line to enter the building and waiting for a Guest Relations Host/Hostess to call you when you are seated inside. We waited outside for a few minutes then waited inside for another 10 minutes. Hostess was friendly and was able to fix an issue with our Magic Bands connecting to our Credit Card. She did have to ask another Cast Member, but it was remedied very quickly after showing me how to reset everything on My Disney Experience. Exterior porch has several rocking chairs for resting and people watching. Welcome Center is right next to D-Luxe Burgers.

La plaza tiene de todo un poco, restaurantes, tiendas de ropa, música en vivo, tiendas de tés y especies, juegos, tiendas con productos Disney y cafés por mencionar algunos.

Si te hospedas en alguno de los hoteles cercanos, te agradará caminar por la plaza y disfrutar sus atracciones.

Waooo, aparte del inmenso calor por el que se caracteriza Florida, éste sitio es espectacular ? para disfrutarlo en familia. Un punto muy a favor es que puedes ingresar gratuitamente a las instalaciones y disfrutar de todas las ofertas que te ofrecen desde diversión, distracción, paisajes escénicos, etc.

i had a very bad experience with a cast member who wouldn’t trade pins with me. it was silly so i just let it go. i came back a few months later and Josh in the Galaxy Outpost store heard me talking about it and pulled me aside to tell me how my feelings were valid regardless of how silly i felt. he gave me a pin and genuinely made my night. i know it was silly but the first initial bad reaction discouraged me so much and Josh turned everything around for me. He is truly the best and made my vacation completely! His words to me brought me to tears from how kind and reassuring he was. I am so grateful to have crossed paths with him! We need more people like him in this world.
