Real deal.. this place is legit. Tucked away in a little strip of stores BEHIND the airport.( if you're coming from downtown). It's on Arian (sp?) Circle so let's not get all double lightening bolt happy, dolts! Ha! Lightening Dolts! That's a good one. Seriously. Look up 'dolt' in the diction...I just gave away my age, didn't I? Anyways, this shop is all about fe walt and their subordinate tool lines too. If they don't have your part there, in 2 days it'll be there. Plenty of tool box toppers that you may need and a good crew that knows their isht. Check em out. You'll be glad you did.

I had a dewalt impact i sent over. It had been used heavily and was really dirty. I triedto clean it and still couldnt. I sent it over to get fixed. They had it done within two weeks. There’s was just a problem with shipping but when I received it. Lost for words. It looked as good as new. Its like they changed everything or they just sent me a new one. 10/10 experience. Great customer service

This place was terrific. Very quick service - turns out one of my tools (that I had tried to repair myself) wasn't working because...I had a seal backwards. Took them <2 minutes to diagnose and fix. The other tool I brought it was quickly diagnosed and it was discovered the seal I needed was no longer available. The fellow that helped me printed out the parts list, highlighted what I needed, and offered some advice if I was able to find the part. So in less than 15 minutes, my tool that could be repaired was fixed, and they offered advice on the other one...and when I tried to pay, the fellow seemed embarrassed at the thought he'd demand payment for so little time (and some good advice). Really excellent shop.

I recently visit this service center to get one of my tools with warranty repaired guy at front desk was really mean about it and told me that he makes the decision to repair tool or not he doesn’t care if it has warranty or not… imagine driving two hours to get your tool repair and just having to talk to this type of guy… some people just should stay home sometimes if they have a bad day.
