Great customer service. I was in an out under an hour and they were all very pleasant to deal with. I have owned 2 bikes before; a Triumph Street Triple, and a KTM Duke 690. I’m still a beginner rider and I hate to say it both those were both too much bike for me. I dropped down to this 300 Kawasaki instead now. Gonna take my time and get comfortable with this one. Anywho, cool team over at Davis Service Center. They arranged a drop off for me which I thought was cool. Thanks again guys.

I had an amazing experience with Davis Service Center. I recently purchased a 2012 Golding. Yap, twelve years old. I was in search of a shop and mechanic that knew these bikes well. My local dealer was discouraged because of it's age and parts availability. During my search I was pointed to Jeremiah here at Davis a couple times. I have worked with Davis Service Center on other projects and have always had a positive experience. I went and met Jeremiah about the Goldwing. It was immediately apparent he knew these motorcycles well. Mine had an issue with not running smooth and a power loss. I left it with Jeremiah for diagnosis and service. I could NOT believe the difference. The bike NEVER ran as good as it did when it was returned to me just a few days later. Jeremiah and Davis Service Center went the extra mile. Jeremiah explained he performed a bore scope, a compression test, and measured spark just to be sure everything else was good! Thank You guys for such amazing service! Davis Service Center has definitely become my GOTO Shop! BTW, I live an hour away but will always go the extra distance as they did for me. I included a picture of the bike.

I went out to Colorado to meet a friend and ride the Rockies from Aug 2 thru August 10. I had some overheating issues on my new 23 KTM 890. Took the plastics off to find the radiator cap and found the radiator empty. Refilled and rode around the Rocky MTN National park, Estes Colorado area for a couple days. Headed down toward Montrose, Ouray area. Spent the night and thought I should check again. Sure enough, found the radiator empty again. No signs of leaking anywhere. Called my dealer in Atlanta Ga., they couldn’t do anything over the phone but referred me to Davis Service Center. Called and they said bring it in. They were only a couple miles from where I was staying, perfect.
I could not be more impressed with the Jeremiah and the folks at Davis. They went to work right away on finding the issue, and correcting it. (Turned out to be a loose hose connection from the factory at the thermostat housing.) Problem was fixed in a few hours, there is a lot of parts and pieces in the way of the thermostat, and I was on my way. They provided a loaner bike so I could grab some lunch, gave us trail recommendations. Turned what could have been a disaster into a fantastic experience.
While there we looked and the new bikes and they have some great deals.

I called 10 minutes prior to closing Thursday before Labor Day weekend to ask if they could accommodate me for a new set of tires (I was traveling cross country). They said yes, and when I arrived the next morning, they were super friendly, extremely professional, and I also learned they were down one technician.
They had taken care of me in about an hour. Much appreciated their service during the busy Labor Day weekend as a long-haul rider.

We bought a four wheeler last fall for our kiddos, hadn’t ridden it much, and it wasn’t idling so my husband brought it in to have them look at it. Bottom line: They went above and beyond in every aspect from fitting us in when they were obviously swamped to the service department manager fixing the four wheeler himself! I have worked with Davis Service center over the years in purchasing different motorcycles and equipment to having them service my motorsports equipment.
Whether you’re dealing with the sales department, parts team, or service group, it is always straightforward. You know exactly what to expect and they provide exactly what they say without fail.
I was recently having problem with a brake system on one of my motorcycles their service manager talked me through the process to remedy it myself before bringing it to them to repair If needed. The directions he provided solved my problem without having to bring it to them.
I really appreciate them looking out for my pocketbook as well as my future return business.
Integrity in business seems to be a hard thing to find these days, and throughout the years I can attest to theirs.

Recently shipped our bikes from PA to Davis Service Center, Lincoln and Tony are the best. What a great team. They serviced our bikes and made sure we were all set for a 1000 mile loop in Colorado and Moab. Highly recommend this dealership. All long term employees that care about customer service.

I damaged the front of my BMW 1200 R Adventurer. Feeling bad about it!!, and not wanting to go to Grand Junction BMW I talked to Jeremiah to see if he could fix it. He was so reassuring and helpful from start to finish. He was easy to reach via email and the job was done beautifully and timely. The repair cost was less than i expected. The staff were kind as well.
