Completely disgusted with staff and facility, the intake nurse was extremely rude and demeaning and mind you I came in thinking I’m miscarrying. Definitely would have appreciated support or even empathy. The room was disgusting and the nurse that drew blood was not prepared, left the needle in my arm and used a paper towel because he forgot a cotton ball, he wasn’t even wearing gloves when he drew blood. His shirt was filthy and so was his badge. Also dry and rude. When he came back with incorrect info about me I had enough and left. This was the worst experience I have ever had going to the er. You should be ashamed! Dried old blood on the toilet and some stain on the bed?

I was a little skeptical just by the appearance of the hospital, but I can truly say this has been the best experience I could have had considering My Mother was rushed there. Everybody was very attentive. They made sure she had good care and I would recommend this hospital to anybody on any given day and this is where I would like to come if I am if I'm ever in need.. Dr Amahi and 3rd floor south staff rock.... Thank you Diane and Sarah for going over and beyond ...

My mother was brought in for a possible stroke they did get her in quickly for the scans and the first er Dr was amazing but after that we never spoke to a Dr about my moms situation until almost 8 hours later had to keep going to get a nurse for help. Her blood pressure and oxygen wasn’t even hooked up so they weren’t monitoring her correctly at all. We tried to get my mother transferred due to her not being taking care! I have never experienced such an awful unsettling /disrespectful visit from a hospital or any medical office. My moms arm was bleeding where her IV was placed told them multiple times none came to look or clean or fix it until the blood was dripping on the floor and we had to go ask AGAIN for someone to come check and hours had passed at this point. If you can’t handle or safely treat and care for patients this hospital should not be OPEN and most definitely labeled a trauma IV hospital. My mom was admitted, couldn’t get a transfer due to other hospital having no beds- the one so called Dr that was over my mom while she was admitted honestly he had no care in the world to see what was going on with my mom or anything!!! a STROKE OR POSSIBLE STOKE OR MINI STROKE should all be taken serious and find out what in the heck going on with the patient. No one but the last charge nurse that I talked to before my mom was
discharged was the only one whom see to even care about patient care.
If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!

I've been an RN for 28 years. I've also been a nurse coordinator for 14 years. I have NEVER been to a more incompetent facility. My daughter was in an a MVA, transported via ambulance. We never saw a DR. Took a 3 hrs to get X-Rays and then RN came in to read results. Still no DR. She was never hooked up to a monitor, no UA, no blood work, no work up. In fact she was never looked at! She had glass in her wrist and we had to remove it at home after leaving. She has a medical condition than can be life threatening, when mentioned to the RN she just said ok. AGAIN still no DR. Can we say medical malpractice? Yes, we can. I also need to mention that there was no security officers in the ER at the time, and there was a very upset patient making a scene in the waiting room. AGAIN no one to escort her! This place was unsafe, unclean, not monitored, not staffed properly.

Some of the nurse staff during my 4 day stay wore perfumes that was so strong it literally made me sicker than what I was,gave me a super migraine! I had to stuff my nose at times and had to ask for a different nurse to care for me and even had to ask for my windows to be opened? and most of them were very LAZY and did nothing! Overall the food was excellent! ? The wasp that was in my room did a better than some of the staff! ?

This was my 4 baby but my first time delivering here. Honestly loved it. Staff was amazing & kind & attentive. The hospitality was great ?. The hospital it self looks old but don’t be fooled they have great workers. The only negative thing id have to say is wish the food was better. Thats all. ?

I actually had an unexplainable freak accident that I still can’t understand how I shattered my ankle. But DRG Medical Center knew exactly how to help me and knew that I needed to be transferred to a different hospital that had the capability to help me! I’m so grateful that they helped me in every way possible for them to do.

My latest experience at Dallas Regional Medical Center was very positive. The staff was very kind and had excellent bedside manners. The OR staff was very understanding and made sure that I understood what was being done each step of the way. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care.
