Every time I show up to Crunch which is 4 to 5 times a week I always feel welcome the staff make me feel like family very encouraging smiling waving and just genuinely pleasant.
I enjoy being there and is has a very positive energy!!!
I recommend everyone of all ages try it once you will not regret that satisfaction of doing something good for yourself with people who are in your corner.

General Manager Aaron , Has Poor Communication & Lacks People Skills. I Came In To Update My Payment Information Due To A Few Personal Changes. The Amount Via Email Doesn’t Correlate To The Amount In The System. So There Was Additional $20 Charge At The Facility. I Requested A Cancellation Of My Membership Because Of The High Balance That Was Already Due. Unfortunately With A Few Deaths/Live Events I’ve Faced Recently, I Didn’t Agree With The Fees. As A Valuable Member Of Crunch Since 2021, I Didn’t Feel Very Valuable With This Interaction. So Then He Advised Me Of The 29.11 To Cancel But Failed To Advice Me That My Full Balance Would Be 107.33. If That Was Communicated It Would’ve Left Out The Element Of Surprise & Frustration For What More I Would’ve Been Obligated To Pay. This Is Very Discouraging & Also Infuriating! For A Job Such As This , I Would Assume One Is Competent Enough To Communicate ALL Financial Obligations To The Client. Even When I Expressed The Experience Of Recent Deaths, There Was No ‘ Sorry For Your Loss’. Definitely Not A Requirement , However It Shows His Lack Of Empathy & Interpersonal Skills. Please Do Better!

I've been to a few Crunch gyms in the area and Tampa Palms is great. The people are amazing and Sydney, my personal trainer, has helped me immensely. Sydney's expertise and continued education through Crunch have helped me train better and recognize my personal strengths and weaknesses.

Everyone can figure out a basic workout for themselves, but Sydney helps me stick to it and modifies our workouts to maximize my gains and goals. The training experience at Crunch is great and can help you change your life and relationship with the gym and nutrition. Spend the money on the Kickoff and see what you can get out of that investment!

No complaint about the staff or facility, employees always greeted you and said have a nice day. However, on the corporate end who rarley, if ever, asks to be reviewed I have concerns over their fraudulent business practices, I cancelled ny membership on Nov, 19th then the corporate fraudsters backcharged my autopay $53,74, on Nov 18, just a warning.

I’ve been working with Coach Sydney Chase at Crunch Fitness at Tampa Palms for a little over a year now. I’ve had plenty of opportunities to experience and assess the professionalism of Coach Sydney, as a personal trainer and as a human being. And she is impressive.

Being a personal trainer is not a part-time or sideline job for Coach. She is committed to her profession, and because she embodies the best of what being a personal trainer has to offer, she is committed to her clients. In the gym and beyond the gym, she is guiding and supporting my physical improvement and overall wellbeing. And she’s a teacher. Whether we are discussing musculature or diet and nutrition or the apps that are available to help with accountability, Coach relates information in ways that are instructive, encouraging, and inspiring. She’s serious about her commitment to her clients, while also being personable. So, no matter how much weight I’m handling or how many lunges I’m walking, we laugh a lot. She makes getting physically sound and healthy fun and enjoyable.

For the past 6 months, I have been regularly going to Crunch Fitness and I must say, my experience with exercise and fitness has been amazing so far.

The gym offers a wide variety of workout classes and equipment to choose from. In particular, I have been a part of their personal training sessions and have been training under the guidance of Zach. I truly admire his passion and dedication to helping me achieve my fitness goals. The workout sessions suggested by Zach have been extremely effective and enjoyable.

Moreover, I am a big fan of the sauna room at Crunch Fitness. It is an excellent way to relax after a rigorous workout.

I'm giving 4 stars because the staff is awesome. But it was loud, busy, and hot. Like to hot for walking around the gym, let alone working out. Online said it has a month to month membership, but it's not really that. They just bill you for 3 months in advance, then it is from month to month. I'm not even sure if there is an annual fee because it was too warm to stay longer and find out.

So heads up make sure you are more than certain you will be going to these robbers gym before you even talk to them because they have some bs called 3 month commitment where they charge you for 50-60 for some annual fee regardless if you’ve ever used the gym or not , and you won’t be able to cancel your membership so good luck they are just a shady business for doing that , why can’t you let the customers who go to your gym pay this fee?, not people who weren’t able to go to your gym at all? Very wrong and grimy business plan but ok!
