This is a great hospital. The whole staff is great. I have been here three times and I have never had any problems. All the nurses are sweet and helpful. The register lady is awesome. She has a great attitude and make you feel welcome just like all the rest of staff

Norma was polite she clean and wipe my room down very good. Service was awesome. She introduced herself when she enter the room. Eri was polite and took care of my room as well very polite knock before he enter my room never had such good service. Thanks a lot. Both are keepers.Brittany respiratory was very nice and patient as well. They are keepers.

This was not my favorite experience. First of all, my daughter and my two grandbabies had to come with me for my ride home, and the waiting room was a joke. I'm not sure how old this building is, but there were no changing tables in either available restroom. The nurse who started my IV asked if I wanted her to go get my family after was done getting me ready for my surgery. I said, yes. I also asked if it was OK for them to stay in my room. She said yes. Not long after I was taken out for my surgery, they were 'nastily' told to go back to the waiting room by the same nurse. At the time, my daughter was trying to settle down my two moth old grandchild. The nurse was so upset that my daughter told her told she didn't have to stand over and watch while she got her babies situated, that she called security. Security was more understanding than the nurse and apologized for the fact that no one told my family that they couldn't stay after I was taken out. Before my daughter could finish getting the baby strapped back in her stroller and get their things together, the nurse was back. After my daughter "reminds" her that she said she was leaving, the nurse acts like she's there to help. When, in fact, if she really wanted to help, she would have offered it in the beginning. Now, last but certainly not least, they neglected to give me my pain meds after having a broken bone repaired in my foot. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone for any reason.

I recently had two spinal surgeries in this facility and had to share my experience. I had spinal cord compression and my procedures were very delicate which already made me anxious. The ENTIRE staff treated me as if I were family! From my operating room nurses and nurses aides to my caseworker Tatiana who were nothing but consummate professionals and Olga who made a total difference in my recovery! My physical therapist Leia who took the time explaining what and how I needed to do things that sped up my recovery process. I wish I could remember every individual’s name that touched my stay there as they definitely deserve credit for assisting me in my wonderful transition to being mobile again! They even made certain my vehicle was safe there during my stay. I will never forget you all and what you did for me and the positive impact you had on my life! I wish I could give you more stars ⭐️ as you earned them! Thank you Crescent Regional Hospital you have helped give me my life back!!!

Ms. Norma did an exceptional job today! She came in and have us a heart felt greeting! She also made sure the room was nice and clean and assisted us with any thing else we needed while we were there.

I had to have a heart procedure done as a day surgery at the facility. My team was excellent my ICU RN nurse Sharice was great and very personable with me. My cat lab team was amazing. They all made me feel comfortable. They told me that they were there for me to let them know if I had any discomfort and I would like to give a shout out to Georgia RN, Bethany RN and Courtney RN, these ladies work in the Cath Lab and they are amazing. I want to thank Crescent regional Hospital medical team for making me feel at ease with the procedure that I had done for taking such great care of me. Do not sleep on this facility if you want Gray) customer service and you want to be careful. I suggest you go to Crescent regional Hospital in Lancaster, Texas.

My partner got her Lithotripsy done here under the care of Dr Nwafor Francis. We were extremely stressed about her situation of kidney stones but the hospital staff and doctor took care of it all really well with the right care without wasting time. Beds were comfortable and the vibe was very affectionate. Shout out to Dr Francis for being such a professional and the nurses Rose and Francesca for appropriate care.

We would like to take this time to thank our nurse Olga on the 3rd floor. She was sweet amazing very caring very helpful, and very careful with me and my medication reactions i had while i had my back surgery. She even took the time to show my son how to clean my cut on my back.She made us feel very welcomed. I had another nurse but i cant remember her name but i would love to also tell her thank you for bathing me, washing my hair with her shampoo and washing me down and applying her viictoria sceret loation and body spray. Thank you both for your generosity and going above and beyond to make me feel better. I really appreciate your kindness and love. I will never forget you and from the bottom of my heart God bless you both for being amazing nurses with so much passion in what you do.
