I first visited Craig's about a year ago on a friend's recommendation. I had an issue with my exhaust system and had initially gone to the dealership, where I was quoted several thousand dollars for repairs. Craig’s was able to fix the problem for a fraction of that cost—about 1/10 of what the dealership quoted. Since then, I’ve been a loyal customer, continually impressed by their honesty, transparency, and fair pricing.

As a woman, finding a trustworthy garage has always been a challenge. At other places, I often felt I had to do my own research in advance to avoid being overcharged. Craig’s is the first place where I feel truly at ease. Teal has earned my trust by consistently explaining repair options and recommendations, even presenting alternative solutions. He and the team often go above and beyond, making me feel confident my car is in good hands.

I brought my truck in for an emissions test, and it failed three times but they couldn’t figure out why. They did their due diligence to figure out the issue, which ended up being that they needed to do a 2 speed idle test on the truck, which was hard to figure out because it’s a rare model. They didn’t have the proper equipment, so they refunded me and sent me to a location that had the right tools. I’ve been here twice and always have been served well, and quickly. I brought my truck (Tacoma) in to check the actuator on my 4WD which I suspected was the reason my 4WD light was on.
The service was awesome and very fast! Brad worked on my truck and found that the actuator was working, so my issue is elsewhere. They also let me know what my next steps should be. I had truck back within an hour or so!

My brakes failed a while back and I had Craig’s completely replace them. After they did, there was a rattling sound coming from my passenger rear brake. After some investigation I found they had neglected to REMOVE A BRAKE PAD FROM BETWEEN THE ROTOR AND THE ROTOR GUARD. Absolutely unbelievable, could have fully ruined my brake again and seriously injured or killed me. Never letting them touch my car again.
