The WORST location for long waiting time seeing specialist!! The cardiologist appointments are one hour and a half behind! And they won’t let you go to the bathroom either! If anyone responsible reads this review please teach the check in team some respect and understanding! My father was sick with diarrhea and he kept going to the bathroom, and he uses the bathroom frequently! We came back and she said we called your name 20 minutes ago!!! WHEN? He told them i was at the bathroom! She said you need to stay here and don’t leave ! Like you want me to pee in the waiting room?
This HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME! Appointment time is 10:00 AM! You will be seen at 11:30 AM! YOU HAVE 7-10 minutes MAX with the specialist! That’s it!
If this review section is monitored, please provide an email address because i want to report this to their higher management.
Why appointments are scheduled if i will be seen an hour later Just schedule me the right time! And just so y’all know! THEY WERE NOT BUSY!We Still waited more than an hour! And that is the case every time!

It takes forever to see a doctor - and when you finally do see a doctor your next appointment will be 4 months later. So by the time you come back the doctor has forgotten everything and doesn’t have enough time to review the last appointment.
So every appointment is like starting all over again. It makes it almost impossible to get better. And honestly - I don’t think they care.

After the initial wait for the first appointment (up to 3mos), they are very efficient and I've never had to wait more than 5mins for a scheduled appt. When having to reschedule they have been able to get me in within a day or two. The staff is nice, make sure to sign in upon arrival and no matter who walks up or stands in line, they always go back to the list so that people don't have to stand around, crowding the window and your interaction is private & some can't stand in lines. So for questions or scheduling an appointment just sign in & sit down till they call you. The dental services are limited but provided even if you can't pay, or don't have insurance. You can easily apply for a MAP card.

I have visited several Dr.s at Community Care for both my son and I and have had great results. My needs are met, never struggle to get my meds prescribed again, I always feel heard, responded to, and in good hands. They have given me great relief particularly in meeting my son with disabilities needs. Also thankful for the insurance.

I called today to make an appointment for my children and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude the entire time! she basically berated me that my kids had not been in in 2 years. She was extremely short with me and was making all kinds of annoyed she even acted upset when she thought she might have to put them in as new patients and go through all of that work ?. Completely unprofessional and made very snarky comments. I'm baffled that they would have someone like this dealing with patients/appointments!

Took nearly 3 hours to see the doctor (had an appointment) and to get labs done. None of the lab personnel looked at me or greeted me, just pointed to an empty seat for me. I was treated like a nameless faceless number, punctured roughly(for blood tests) while they enjoyed their radio blaring. At the end of 3 hours at this clinic, I felt more sick and exhausted than when I came in. Not coming back.
