My car was there for ten days, they kept me up to date during the entire process. Outstanding customer service and a pleasure to visit.

I had the worst with them. I would never bring my car there or recommend anyone for business over there. They had my car closer to two months for an accident claim. When Rick was supposed to be picked up, initial date, found additional damages to the car done by them, and I was called a liar when I brought it up their pictures clear showed damage did not exist their previously they took responsibility and took three weeks to get the car done when it should have been taken a week or 10 days the most Vehicle has some issues that are not fixed either. When the adjuster he denied of all the information he provided but forgot I have text messages and calls recorded. Will definitely take this to higher up to let people know and the company what customers have to deal with working with them.

I had the best experience here! There was a recall issue with my car as the paint started to chip on the left side mirror. Quinn immediately inspected my car and took such great care of me! He called me with updates regarding when parts got in and the whole process only took a couple of days from when I took it in. Overall, such a great experience and Quinn's personality made the whole experience even better.

On 6/9 I was told the repairs on my vehicle were finished and I could come pick and that insurance would stop paying for my rental the next day. On 6/10 I arrived to pick up my vehicle and was told there was one part they still didn’t have, but since they had told the insurance company they were finished and the car was in a drivable condition insurance would not extend the rental, so Joey advised me to take my car back and he would call me the following Friday, 6/17 when he expected to have my part in. Today is 7/6 and I haven’t had heard from him and my calls have been unanswered. The attached photos are the how my car has looked for almost a month waiting for them to contact me about finishing the job I’m sure the insurance company has already paid them for and they have no interest in finishing now.

*edit* finally got a hold of them. They’ve had my parts for 2 weeks and didn’t see the need to tell me. After they told me that Joey said he’d call me right back and let me know if he had someone who could install the parts. Never called back so I came in. Joey is on lunch and no one here seems to see this situation as a problem. Been wait about 20 minutes for “the next technician who is free to put the parts together”

The worst body repair shop ever, takes too long to fix just a bit. Never stand on their promises, will keep delaying your work just to charge extra money. It almost took them a month to fix quarter panel, taillight, ac pump. It would be cheaper and faster if you do by yourself. Their estimators never picks up the call, never ever. It’s a trap, don’t fall in.

What a amazing job Coggin Collision did on the Montero. The customer service up to the point of my vehicle being done was a great experience. The detailed scope and explanation of the work they did to repair the body damage from the accident was thorough and done with great quality and workmanship. The repairs looked like it never happened and I am very happy of the results.

Save yourselves the trouble. We chose to take our vehicle to Coggin Collision as we thought that having a Honda Dealership would mean they would be the best fit to fix a Honda; and, thought it would mean a quality job. Our insurance company would not cover for some parts to be OEMs; however, we paid for the difference out of pocket to make sure they were parts that fit the vehicle correctly. We had to take the vehicle back 5 times to get the bumper and hood adjusted. The Bumper was installed without brackets to hold it in place and kept coming undone. The Rep at Coggin had the nerve to say it was our fault and that we were dragging the vehicle somewhere to make it come undone. The hood wasn’t centered. We went to another shop. There were measurements taken on the vehicle regarding the thickness of the paint; and, according to those measurements, the hood was the only part of the vehicle with thickness below 100% of where it’s supposed to be. Simply meaning we need to spend more money to ensure the paint in our vehicles lasts.

The body shop did a glorious job on my mustang after a gentleman hit me back in December. I was quoted 5 days but shipping was delayed, which was not surprising with how things are right now. Then they had to wait on my fender. If I have one negative thing to say, it would be the communication. I was told I’d be updated frequently, especially about if my fender came in, and I had to call myself each time to see what was going on. Waldo was of course 1000% amazing at getting back to me when I did call, it was always within 10-15 minutes IF he was not readily available. I would continue to use their body shop as long as that’s where insurance sends me if I ever get hit again. He gave me a walk around look at the car upon pickup and they just did an excellent job. The driver side headlight was knocked out of place due to a prior issue not reported and they were kind enough to put it back as best as they could after taking the parts off the car and putting them back on.
