If you own a big boat, going to the yard can be a stressful thing. But, Justin and the team at Coastal did nothing short of an outstanding job not just with the work performed but with managing communication, expectations and costs from the first phone call to schedule the time and discuss the work, to the moment the boat went back int the water, and even back at the home slip to make sure everything was ship shape after the ride home. I had a bottom job including prop speed for the running gear, painted new hull tattoos for the fishes, added some new lights and polished the hull and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Heavy sanded bottom, primed, two heavy coats of anti foul, no change orders, no last minuet increases just a smooth transaction that stayed in alignment with the living document estimate that lets you see where your at as it updates, its cool). Cant say enough good stuff, 5 Pink Squid review, Captain maintained approved. If your coming outta the water give Justin a call, I'm sure he will take care of you just like he took care of my precious Egg

Coastal is among the few service centers that understand Hull Maxx clear bottom protection. The team was efficient, communicative, and the finished product fantastic. My Scout, white 380 looks like new. The product will let me keep the boat in the water and have an easy cleanup, either in a wet slip or back up on a lift. Many thanks to Justin and his team.

Excellent customer service. I was under contract on a boat in Tampa and the broker recommended hauling at coastal for the survey. Survey went flawless. At closing the seller changed his mind and decided I could no longer store the boat in his slip after close. I’m an out of town buyer and I didn’t have a plan to get the boat home and was stuck with one day notice and no where to keep it. Justin at coastal saved my butt by getting me into the yard for service immediately and I was able to float by with his help until I had my ducks in row to move it. His communication was great and he took care of my new baby while I was not there. He coordinated to have a best in class outside service team do a 1k service job and held them accountable. Highly recommend.

Coastal Marine Yacht Services did a great job removing the water-logged core of our swim step and replacing it with Fiberglassed-in Coosa board. The swim step is strong now and looks great. Kudos to Justin Williams (yard foreman), Jim Kelley, and the rest of the crew for a job well done!
