This outlet store has great merchandise and great staff. Pokky was very helpful in sizing my belt purchase. The store is well lit and the products are presented in a very professional format. The displays are perfect!

Monica the manager at Coach store in cross iron mills was very mean and rude I baught a 40 ml of man’s cologne for $84 when I was waiting for the 100 Ml to come I walked out of the store to speak on the phone not even a min then tried to return the cologne she wouldn’t return it for me even though the bottle was not open at all they are just a rip off and I don’t recommend anyone to buy anything from that store. Like seriously I would never step a foot in there I wish there was another manager to talk to maybe he or she would’ve understand more then Monica !!

I purchased a black clutch body purse on Black Friday , and I have never been so disappointed with the material and the customer service Coach has given me. During the purchase, I didn’t inspect the bag properly because I was focused on my baby whom I was feeding and my 5yr old however I purchased the item telling them I will leave with the bag and they removed the tag, because I was excited for my new purse. Went to the food court to put all my cards in my new bag and went home. Went home to show off my bag, and noticed that the leather on top of my purse was already coming off. I called Coach outlet right away and had a gentleman tell me that I can bring it in and see if they can fix it and if not give me a refund. I said not an exchange cause I like the bag, but it’s ok, I’ll just repurchase the bag. And we both decided I come on Sunday. Sunday came around, and I explained to the manager, Tracy, regarding the purchase and how the material is already falling apart, she turned down the gentleman’s proposal and since I didn’t get the name of the person, she said she will not authorize my return nor will do anything about the leather. So moral of the story, I purchase my bags from MK or even Kate Spade, and their material leather is not as cheap as Coach bags are. Yes, they are cheap as a brand and you are paying what you get for. Just saying.

I went to this store to return a bag I bought online, the ladies in front were welcoming and showed me to someone who can help with this return. This lady in the cashier gave me a “head to toe” look. Took my return and talk to me like I am air, never looked at me during the process. Asked for my order number, the credit card I used to pay and just said “That’s done, your receipt will be sent in your email.” I cannot believe myself how people can be so rude when they work in this kind of business. Very poor customer service. I don’t think it’s right to look at someone and make them feel belittled. This only goes to that lady in the cashier.
Unfortunately though this experience made me return a bag I just bought from Coach at the Chinook location. I just cannot forget the experience and the feeling that I always associate with it. The ladies in the Chinook location were superb-very accommodating.

I usually shop with Coach and have no issues with them but on May 31st I bought the terri shoulder bag for my sister as a gift and threw out the tag, they pulled up my receipt but refused to return the bag back for my money back or a store credit, when I bought the bag 3 days ago. Unbelievable and the manager was rude and not understanding at all. I spoke with customer service and they said that the policy allows for returns without the tags but depends on the store. So the policy does allow to return without the tag, but they just refused. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone as the manger is rude and has no understanding for the customers.

Visited the store today as my son lost the middle section of his wallet. It was his first “big man” wallet when he turned 13. The staff were amazing. In particular Chris was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He told us they didn’t sell the middle “small wallet” insert. But they might have a few extras in the back. Well, he found not one, but three that would work. My son chose one he liked and Chris said it was no charge. WHAT? Stupendous! We will definitely be back after being treated so well. Thanks to all involved at this outlet location. You made a young man extremely happy.

"I had a terrible experience with this store. This store’s customer service is the absolute worst. I bought a coach purse last year. The outer body of purse was starting take off. I called at store, lady said you have to visit at store we will sent it for repair when i visited there and met the store manager Paula High, she said we are not repairing the body the manager she ignored me and just taking new customers. she was incredibly rude, showing no concern for customer’s needs and very disrespectful. Putting such a rude manager in charge of the store will definitely damage coach company’s reputation. Paula, you were the rudest manager I have ever met

A few months back, we bought a purse from this Coach Crossiron Outlet and due to some circumstances, we had to travel out of country for a few weeks. With this, we wanted to return the brand-new purse with the tags unused we bought earlier, but could not unfortunately due to timing. We explained and chatted with the manager about the purse exchange/ store refund if possible as we were not satisfied with the product. However, to our surprise, the manager mentioned that due to time, nothing could be done, which we were not aware about. She was not cooperative nor understanding and rude. We understand that the store has it's own policies and cannot bend the rules for us. However, we are long time customers of Coach outlet and we primarily come to this location. And, since this is extenuating circumstances, we could not do anything about it. We should have been given another chance.

Long story short, we expect better customer service. I would not recommend people to come shop here as staff is not friendly nor understanding. An outlet is known by the people and staff that works there as they are the faces for that brand/company, not so much by the products. Won't be coming here again.
