This place I would stay away from. The Nurse practitioner and doctor do not care about you. The nurses and the front staff are okay and try at least but other than that they misdiagnose and can’t find what is truly wrong with you also l don’t know who they have to answer to what doctor over sees the nurse practitioner and ma or nurses but if it was their own family member or mom or someone close to them that they loved being hurt with all the gaslighting they do they would be outraged. I know most are there for a paycheck and a vacation after someone gets a big procedure and not for the patient and giving them the best medical care that they can. There are good doctors out there please go elsewhere and find him/her Because this place is not it. I am sure they will get better with enough complaints from patients because I cant be the only person to experience this at this location.

Incompetent staff that do not know what they are doing. They are juat there for the pay. What happened to caring staff and quality services. Very disappointed that I have waited 3 months for an auth and referral that was urgent.

While I was a patient of Logan before his retirement, there was a serious backlog. The nurses were awesome though. Now, after Logan’s retirement, there is a quicker visit time. As a lot of patients were lost, (I assume), when they were trying to find a new doc to replace him. Just saw new doc. Short, Asian, older woman. She wasn’t even … ugh. Morta hasn’t left a great impression. Very cold, not so helpful - my memory isn’t as well as before due to pain and previous medication trial an error to figure out what works for me. And she didn’t seem to care or understand. I’m having weight loss surgery due to injury causing weight gain. I said I need to have my checklist of procedures done before the surgery as Logan didn’t do well last time in getting them done in time. My insurance is not one I can call docs up an schedule. I must be referred. This was an issue w him then and it seems to be one now.

Horrible Drs at this location. They don't care and constantly leave. Avoid Tang and Hagan, they couldn't be colder or care less. They don't listen and ignore questions. Don't expect anything to be documented so you have to go over your entire life story every single visit.
The nurses and front desk are excellent.

I had a great time at here, and I was a walk-in! I don’t see why this place has such a low rating but everyone’s different. If you plan on walking in, you should come as soon as they open. They saw me in less than 15 minutes, the only part that took awhile was waiting for the doctor. However, the nurse and doctor was so amazing, I believe the doctor’s name is Denise. Everyone passing by was sweet and those who helped me were very helpful and informational. Out of all the horrible clinics I’ve gone to, I’d rather travel here instead. The facilities were clean and tidy, I just found it a bit strange that the vitals section was a small corner (not even a room) and there was only one. I was gone an hour later, smoothest visit ever and I didn’t even have an appointment. Oh and they even gave me a quick and easy flu shot! Thanks!

Worst clinic ever! They never answer their phones, they say they take walk-ins and when you show up they say they can’t see you that day. If you try and schedule an appointment they will give you one in 3 months. If you need labs done regularly, they won’t schedule you until like 6 months or a year after. Show up even a few minutes late and you’re not getting seen at all until after 3 months or so. When I had Dr. Logan, he would always schedule my labs and appointments fast and would always listen to any concerns I might have, but since I got switched to a nurse practitioner, she is a different story ?. Ive been having really bad stomach pain for a year already and I haven’t been treated, she just looks at you and says it’s nothing. I’m in the process of changing my health care insurance so I can go to a different clinic.

As much as this place gets bad reviews, it isn’t half bad. It’s expected to wait about 45 minutes to an hour here. Depending on what you’re coming for, walk-ins are hard to get. I come here a lot for my daughter and for myself to see our family practitioner. I haven’t had any issues aside the wait and appointment dates.

Environment wise, the place is very clean. Staff can be very friendly and on some days can be extremely rude. I give this place 4 stars only because they accept most Medi-Cal and have a variety of doctors and nurses. There are other Clinica Sierra’s in town but since this is close by where I live I prefer here the most. Just don’t expect this place to be a 5 Star restaurant guys.

This clinic is the worst on earth... they cancel appointments, talk so fast on phone you cannot understand what they say, only make out cancel and call back to reschedule. well they never, EVER answer the phone, I've called the very first minute they open, all morning, all afternoon and they never ever answer... I am reporting them to the corporate office, they are not a good clinic. The employees promise you the world to help you and do not follow through. REPORT THEM TO CORPORATE, THEY SHOULD CLOSED DOWN OR CHANGE THEIR OPERATIONS !!!!! THEY DESERVE A ZERO !!
