Very happy with my experience at Chanel. Greg helped me find the perfect bag. They have a pretty big selection of bags in various colors white black pink blue. I definitely recommend this location when looking to buy a Chanel bag. Everyone who worked there was so friendly. I also appreciate how kind the sales associates were with my mother. Even though she wasn’t buying I keep an eye on how someone is treating her and they made sure to be polite. And that goes a long way with me so thank you for making my shopping experience wonderful.

The worst customer service ever. The old lady sales knows nothing about her job, I don’t know how can she works there. I bought a lamb skin handbag 4 months ago, and I barely used it. However, the handbag already had some leather problems. I went to this boutique to ask for repair. At the beginning the old lady sales lady said she didn’t know how to deal with it. And then she said it took four months and I needed to pay 700 dollars. She was unfriendly. Today, I took my Chanel handbag to palm beach boutique, they absolutely had a way more better customer service. They checked my receipt and opened the repair receipt. They got everything done so fast. I would never purchase anything from Boca Saks Chanel because the worker here is unknowledgeable and not professional at all! Highly recommend shop at palm beach Chanel boutique, enjoy drinks and better customer service!

I hope Chanel see these reviews and revoke their licenses otherwise the name will lose integrity, I believe they sell used merchandise, the associate told me the bag shows signs or use and it was suppose to be new. I advise go to a Chanel cooperate store. DONOT BUY FROM THIS OUTLET.I bought a handbag from this outlet and it's was the worst experience after they have your money, T hey said you got 30 days warranty and the first time I use I notice faults on the workmanship I took it back and they said they cannot exchanged it, they have to send it to repair, brand new bag no I have a repaired bag and it was only 5 days after I called them to let them know what was happening

It’s with great disappointment that I share my in-store experience with the store manager today over at Chanel boutique inside Saks! I went in store to make a Return/exchange of a bag my husband purchased for me in February for Valentine’s Day. The minute I walked in, I felt like I was racially profiled. Once I mentioned anything about a return she rolled her eyes and spoke to me in the worst aggressive manner. Everything I asked her she responded being passive and short. She showed absolutely no empathy for me explaining that I was diagnosed with Covid and was stuck in my home country since March 1st. I just returned to the states on Friday. I know the type of training and rigorous interview process/scouting Chanel takes their candidates through in order to select the best fitting individuals. Customer service skills is one of the most important standards they strive to uphold within each team member. I’m sorry that Karen gets to represent your company in such a distasteful fashion.

Absolutely the worst customer service out of any Chanel I’ve been to. I bought a bag here and within a month it already broke inside the bag where the strap is connected by some type of metal piece. Then a month or so later the leather strap that goes on the shoulder is completely frayed and is about to snap off. I go into the store because this bag is clearly defective and all they say is “we can send it back for repair”. This is a completely unacceptable answer especially for a purse that I spent $6,000 on. You’re not getting a good product or customer service with Chanel. I’ll never buy another piece.

Shopped at this boutique a lot the last few years. So friendly when you’re buying, however when there’s a minor defect in 1 of MANY purchases they scatter like cockroaches.... really! Poor customer service! It’s funny, they have a higher up attitude (snotty), with the customer (whose actually spending large amounts of money)
Product is overrated and customer service is zero to none! Won’t be back! Would never recommend again.
The other locations (Palm Beach Gardens) appreciate a paying customer. Highly recommend going there if you want to enjoy your shopping experience. They were truly real people. Not fake!

The worst place to shop, once you walk inside the store and you are BLACK they treat you as if you are unable to afford absolutely nothing inside the store. Customer service sucks!! They treat Black people as a menace to society. I would recommend Black people to stop spending your hard earned money at that location.
