Hands down best dental office I have ever been to. Staff is great environment is clean plenty of parking. Booking my appointments were so easy. Monday I booked first appointment that Thursday was seen and back in the next day Friday for my cleaning and scheduled my next appt in 2weeks. They move quickly depending on what you need and what doctor you have but I highly recommend this business and staff. Excellent service thank you to all.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Fouad Moursi From the moment I entered the clinic, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Moursi is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns without rushing and provided clear explanations

What really stood out to me was the genuine care and empathy Dr. Moursi showed throughout my visit. Their attention to detail and thorough approach made me feel confident in their expertise. Additionally, the office staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, which made the entire experience even better.

Amazing experience. Dr definitely super nice I was able to communicate with him since he speaks three languages, he did explain what my body was going thru and based upon that choose the best treatment for me. Super recommended .

This center is excellent, the staff is always courteous, polite and friendly. Dr. Moursei is great, he listens to all your concerns and make you feel at ease. This is the first time in a very long, long time that I feel comfortable visiting a doctor's office. Thank you!!!!!

My 100 year old mother loves Dr Moursi! She looks forward to every visit. He has wonderful bedside manners, very attentive and listens to his patients. What more can you ask for?

I love love Dr. Moursi. He us always pleasant when I come for my check-ups. He listens to my concerns and addresses them immediately. He really seem to care for his patients and that's why I will continue on with my health care at CFHC/ winterhaven.

There was only 1 doctor. She Was under a lot of stress and casted her frustrations on me. She didn’t refuse to attend me for the sake of her license, but clearly she did not want to attend me. she left the room after I told her my timeframe so far then said she’s been getting complaints all day then she leaves the room leaving me clueless….comes back with the supervisor. Which clearly didn’t resolve anything but correcting me on the doctors name which I clearly know now is homegirl DR.Marie Nagib. She also said I did not need any medication’s but yet she sent them out to the pharmacy. I clearly could tell the dislike on her towards me therefore, I left. My hippa policies were violated as the meeting took place in an open room with another patient.if ur not on Medicaid and are paying out of pocket for service. Don’t do it.
