I’ve been going to Center for Sight for 3 years now. The admin staff definitely have it together and Dr. Charles Putrino is excellent. He’s very good at explaining things so that I understood and he takes the time with you, doesn’t rush through the exam. He answered all my questions. Dan is my go to for glasses and he’s always great!

I really don’t give one star. My husband had an appointment booked for over a month. On the way to the appointment, they called and said the doctor he was supposed to see isn’t in network. Really? You wait until 15 minutes prior to the appointment to call? Why didn’t they tell him this when he booked the appointment? This is the 2nd doctor in this area he’s tried to see for the spot on his eye that is very concerning. First doctor canceled the day of the appointment as well. Now this happens. Where has the good care gone!

My annual eye exam at Center For Sight-University was excellent. It began on time and everyone who cared for me was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Hammond is outstanding! I strongly recommend her and Center For Sight.

My ophthalmologist is an excellent doctor-knowledgeable and professional. On the whole I am pleased with the practice EXCEPT for the time consuming and too personal check in that has to be done beforehand. It takes me too much time for sending a password and reading all the pages to electronically sign. How many elderly patients can actually complete this?
The receptionist and PA ask all the pertinent questions anyway-the way we only need. Thanks

Love the staff at the University Parkway location. Always friendly and helpful. Love Dr Petrino!! He always spends time with me and never rushed my exams. I needed an extra exam and he got on the phone with the specialist and got me in for the same day!
I left my book at the checkout and she called me right away so I could pick it up.
I would recommend this office to all my friends and family.

I have been a patient at the University office for over six years. Dr. Soscia performed my cataract surgery and since then Dr. Putrino has taken care of me on my annual visits each year. Both of these doctors are excellent, the office is well run and the staff is very professional. My extended family are also patients at this office of Center for Sight and have had the same great experience with their doctors. I can highly recommend this practice.
