Purchased my first E-bike from Brookside recently. I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. The two gentlemen who run the business are top notch. They are very knowledgeable, professional, kind and helpful. The store has so much to offer with a large variety of bikes from low to very high end models and enough accessories to load up your bike any way you wish. I took my first ride yesterday and I'm hooked...already dreaming of trading up to the higher model.

I spent a few months shopping around for a new mountain bike and was in and out of the shop a few times testing models out. Staff was quite knowledgeable about all my questions and very friendly.

They were very accommodating and were able to order me the exact model and color bike I was looking for. Picked up my new Trek Roscoe 7 earlier today and already took it on some trails. Great bike and great service from Brookside.

These guys are awesome! I recently bicycled from toledo ohio to new york city (yes I made it guys! It took me three weeks, and I had ZERO major bike failures. One flat tire back in ohio ?) and I stopped in here because the store is right along the bike trail! I explained to them what I was doing and that I like to stop in bike shops along the way. They open heartedly listened to my story and asked questions and even fed me pizza! One of the associates (I'm sorry man, I can't remember the name! So many names got stored in my head along the way =/) gave me this wristbands because he said he related to my story a lot. I haven't taken it off since and I have it on my wrist currently. I made it guys! Almost 700 miles. Now I plan my next tour! ? anyways this shop is awesome and the only shop from my journey that I remembered to write a review about. Thanks for the hospitality and good memory, guys!

I am so impressed with this bike store I will be purchasing another fat tire bike to add to my collection. I have talked to other people who have the highest praise for this Mifflinburg bike store. Their knowledge and patience in explaining bike stuff to the customer is way above other bike stores I have been to. Thanks again to John and Daniel and crew for going above and beyond.

What a great bike shop! All of the folks here are super friendly and very personable. Even though they must have tons of customers, they always remember me when I come in. I recently purchased a new bike from them, and they did an excellent job finding one and getting it quickly, despite the long lead times currently in place within the bike market. If you are looking for a bike, accessories, or service, I highly recommend stopping at Brookside! They are world class!

This family owned bike shop is run by two brothers, Daniel & John, both of whom are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly! We now drive over two hours round-trip for all our bike shop needs!

We initially came for a Kuat bike rack but were SO impressed, we wound up trading in two bikes and then buying two e-bikes! Can’t recommend them highly enough!! Super informative!

Surprised my oldest 8 year old daughter and my 4 year old daughter with 2 new trek bikes. Dad these bikes pedal & go so much easier than our old bikes!! Brooke side went above and beyond in helping me with these purchases. Explained how the warranty & maintenance program works for these bikes. These bikes get ridden everyday and used hard. Very satisfied with these purchases.
