Store Manager Felipe was excellent and made my whole shopping experience. He gave me options based on my need and was full of great suggestions.

I don't know much about clothes, but Felipe helped me match Shirts & Ties and was very aware of current trends and styles. There was another young man, Dalton I believe. He was also a great help.

Zoe helped my husband find suits and dress shirts that were a good fit for him. She checked on us throughout our visit as well as gave us space to shop on our own. Her patience and willingness to help find sizes made us feel like we weren't shopping at an outlet store. The suits are great, but she made the experience 100 times better. We will definitely be back!

I was having an issue finding short sleeve button up dress shirts and decided to visit Brooks Brothers. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the personnel. As I began browsing the store I was approached by a young man by the name of Stephan who asked if I needed any help. Stephan is very knowledgeable. Stephan escorted me to a section in the store where he presented me with shirts that are very nice but didn't have the characteristics that I was looking for. He then walked me over to another area of the store where a new line of short sleeve dress shirt was displayed. The shirts are spot on! I asked to try one on and he obliged and pointed me to the dressing room, only after he took all of the packaging off the shirt. I bought one of each style and they are perfect. Thank you to Stephan and Brooks Brothers. One request, would it be possible to carry a broader line of dress shirts with short sleeves that have a pocket like my purchases? Living in Texas it gets so hot and looking nice without having to wear a long sleeve is a wonderful thing. I will be back to Brooks Brothers in San Marcos in the future for further purchases and I hope to see more dress shirts if possible.

This store is top notch! The deals are great here and service is surprisingly better. The staff, management go above and beyond to help you find what you need, while genuinely happy to help. Special shout out to Jose for working tirelessly to take special care of a full store of customers by himself, and achieving at creating an experience.
