I just drove off with my new 24’ RE Shotgun 650.
The entire purchasing process felt like no other dealership I’ve been to.
Shawn was super kind, very knowledgeable, and extremely excited to talk about his shop and bikes. His wife and business Partner is beyond accessional with finance and purchasing assistance. Hands down got me the best lien and down payment options and was available any and every time I needed.
100% recommend, a lot of bike options for everyone. Also RIGHT of the M/J train if you don’t have a bike yet!!!

Bought my first street bike from here. Sean and his wife (especially Dena) were super helpful in answering questions and taking care of my financing and giving me a good price. Sean even fixed a manufacturer issue with my throttle cable at no cost before he let me have the bike just for safety. Can’t beat how much they work with you and how much they care about the customer. Cool atmosphere as well and not the high pressure “buy now” like some dealers. If you wanna buy another bike or get started on 2 wheels check this place out. One of the best small dealerships in the city.

Immensely grateful for Sean, Roseann, and the rest of the staff of Mayd! Just rode my new Royal Enfield Interceptor home from Brooklyn Mayd and the bike runs perfectly! So happy I found this shop, such a cool aesthetic inside and super friendly staff. All staff are incredibly knowledgable and welcoming. Sean made me feel comfortable and he was a pleasure to do business with, very open to questions and did not make me feel pressured at anytime. He also spent the time to make sure I understood everything and he was fun to talk with. All around great experience with this place!

I bought my first bike here and Sean was super attentive during negotiations and getting back to me via text and email. We had the deal nailed down before I even got there, which was really relieving. I was coming from Pennsylvania as they were the nearest shop that had the Royal Enfield Signals 350 I wanted. They really rep RE well there and I highly recommend going to see their showroom upstairs, which was sizable. I had no idea the place had that much room, but with an elevator they really were able to expand what appears to be a smaller shop from the outside, especially considering it's in NYC. Situated next to an el track, this place really has a great corner spot. Sean assisted my dad and I with our U-Haul moto trailer and helped strap it up correctly and get us out of the door with everything we needed. It felt like a busy day in the shop with repairs, but Sean made every effort to keep checking in and walked the bike out with us. It was a 4 hour journey through some awful traffic and getting there was a blessing in itself, so it was nice that we got a warm welcome. He showed us the shop and other bikes as well, which were really shined up and impressive. I imagine it's tough to find niche shops like this even in a big city, but this has to be one of the coolest you could find. Everyone inside was kind and friendly and they were excited to see me on my first motorcycle. My only gripe was that when I got home I had the Meteor manual in the bag instead of the Classic 350. Sean had also promised some free Royal Enfield swag for us and that didn't come right away - I had to call to remind them to send me the proper manual. Sure enough, when I called in a nice shop employee wrote down the information and a week later the RE shirts arrived and a month later, the manual arrived too. My guess is that it had to come from India since the other manuals were likely spoken for by the bikes in the store respectively, I just wish I had gotten that stuff sooner. Still, even almost a year after purchase, the store and staff came through on their promises. I also imagine that wheeling and dealing takes attention off the little things like that on a daily basis, so I probably got lost in the mix. This was a fun shop and I fully intend one day to make a trek back up there. They offer a discount on a apparel if you buy from them, which is very cool. If you enjoy the retro style bikes, this is a perfect spot to see some, but they had the high performance and street bike styles there too. Go check it out!

Let me start off by saying that Sean, the owner, is a true Gentleman and an extremely knowledgeable source of everything that has to do with motorcycles!! I bought a used 2022 Royal Enfield classic 350 from another dealer last year and Sean and his team has been servicing it ever since. On a road trip last weekend I noticed the back brake shuddering and immediately called Sean. I told him I needed the bike for another weekend trip that was already planned and he literally said you're not taking the bike anywhere with a brake issue so bring it in now! Lol. He and his Team immediately diagnosed the issue and worked all morning to resolve the braking issue and basically saving my weekend getaway to Vermont with my wife! I was able to use his upstairs showroom/studio as an office to be on conference calls while they worked on my bike. A staff member even made me Bustello coffee!! Just an overall amazing team led by Sean who is more than just an owner...like I said.. a true Gentleman!!

This is honestly the best motorcycle shop is Brooklyn. I’d just like to take this time to thank Sean and his team with everything and helping me through this process of getting my first motorcycle and also helping my mom and me feel welcome and as comfortable as possible throughout my journey. Sean worked with me from the very beginning, answered all my questions that I had, and recommended the perfect bike for me to learn on a Ninja 250R and I absolutely love it. I haven’t been able to leave it alone yet. So if you’re looking to upgrade your bike or start to begin to ride like me this is definitely the place to go Sean and his team will help find the best fit for you.
