Led by Laurent Journe, the younger brother of Francois-Paul, the staff are super friendly and welcoming and happy to share their stunning watches. This is one of the best boutique watch experiences that I have ever had, consistently over the year. The team, especially Aren, is exceptionally hospitable and is very knowledgeable about the watches. There is no pressure to buy especially since the majority of their pieces are in high demand and the ambiance is insanely friendly. I have visited the store every time I return to LA and each experience was unique- even had the opportunity to meet Mr. Laurent Journe in the shop! My last encounter in the store was very memorable- ended up talking/ hanging out with the sales associates and another fellow watch collector/Journe enthusiast for hours just talking about watches. The store design is also as beautiful as the watches and has a museum vibe. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I finally got my first Journe; am pumped to be a part of the family and cant wait to collect more pieces. Definitely recommend any serious watch collect to check them out and pay the store a visit.

The LA boutique is absolute stunning. I didn’t expect to see some of their sought after pieces in store (considering they make about 800 pieces a year) but don’t expect to see a Chronometre Bleu you all want, you’ll have to wait on that one to come through when it’s your time. The team is absolutely hospitable as well. Very courteous and knowledgeable about the product and brand. Mr. Laurent Journe also came out to greet us and educate us more on the brand and watches I was interested in. I will definitely keep in touch with this boutique and recommend everyone to stop on by if you’re curious about F.P. Journe and never seen one of these pieces in person. Enjoy the intricacy of the dial and flip over the watch to be lost in the movement design of Journe. Truly a work of art by a master watchmaker.
