This store has great customer service. I have bought two hats here and I am pleased with the assistance I received with trying the hats on. Most of the time the hats are hanging high on the walls out of my reach. So the sales representatives have to bring them down and remove the sensors before I can try a hat on. I also didn't realize that my hat size was different depending on the manufacturer. I highly recommend that you try every hat on before buying it.

These guys and gals are an absolute joke! Do not shop here! It sucks when you can't even get boots right. I waisted my money here before and was tread like crap then too.. don't know why I returned in the first place. With 5 kids nobody can afford this crap!

BOOT BARN DOESNT TAKE CARE OF THEIR BOOTS AND DOESNT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! My husband bought boots from here that gave him athletes foot within a day. My husband took the boots back after 2 DAYS and since they were worn for that one day they refused his return even tho the boots were INFECTED!!! This is bull and their policy needs to change. Being a blue collar man and having to buy boots every few months they have lost our business! Never again.

They had a great selection of work shoes and and western wear. I got some Timberland Pro alloy toe shoes for about $186 after tax, which I think seems a fair enough price. I wore them while driving a truck and they gave a consistently solid, slip-free performance. If you need work footwear, you'll definitely get lasting safety and quality from their in store offerings.
