Definitely NOT happy with my soft folding cover I bought for my Maverick. Both spring clips have had a piece break on them on the very first use and while driving with the cover folded back, the included clips did not do their jobs and both straps slid out of the plastic clips and the whole cover went flying back down hard on itself and caused damage.
Although it does lay flat and it's tight, the sides lift up a bit because the fitment isn't 100%.
They also ignore all of your emails and don't reply to your negative reviews. It's like they don't care! I don't see how they get great reviews. It's probably because of their low prices and people who have low standards.

I had a BakFlip G2 on my other Maverick but the truck was written off in a rear end collision. I know you get what you pay for and that their covers are over $1200 but that cover survived an accident where a drunk driver hit me at over 90km/hr while I was stopped at a red light. This cover was around $300 but couldn't even survive one trip down the road with the cover folded back?
Pitiful. I should have gone with their soft roll-up instead and see how that one would have survived.

Oh well, it's garbage now and will definitely not buy from them again.

I recently purchased a bed cover for my pickup truck from them and would like to share my experience.

Firstly, the positives: The pricing for their bed covers is one of the best in the market. The free installation service offered by them adds value to the purchase.

However, a few days after the initial installation, I noticed that the plastic rail was bent, likely due to improper fitting by the installer. I don't blame the guy since he was friendly and hardworking. I am relieved that the other staff fixed the issue, it required me to return to the shop three times to get it right, which was inconvenient.

I sent an email to address the installation issue, but after a week without a response, I had to initiate a call myself. They advised me to come back to the shop, which, while helpful, could have been suggested more promptly via email correspondence.

Lastly, as far as I understood from the conversation with the owner, their return policy was kind of tricky. Their 30-day free return or replacement policy becomes void once the cover is used and installed. Something potential buyers should be aware of – there's no going back once it's fitted on your truck.

In summary, there's a lot of room for improvement for their after-purchase service. Decent price for the cover but you will get what you pay for.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Garbage product. Aluminum separated from the foam core in two of the panels after a year. Didn't respond to emails initially. Called to bug them. Asked me to bring it in. They didn't want to give me a new cover and said they would try to fix it. 3 weeks without the cover they told me to come in for a new cover. Went in and they didn't have one. Had to come back a 3rd time. They put a new cover on. Didn't fit perfectly but I lived with it. Less than a year later the same thing is happening only worse. Girl on the phone said to send pictures and they could get it repaired. Guy called me back and said the 2 years starts from original purchase and they won't do anything even though the girl told me they would. These guys are a joke. Just bring in as much junk from China to make as much as they can. They don't have a proper office, unorganized, not interested in quality or customer service. Don't waste your time, spend the $1300 on a proper hard cover from Ford or GM directly. My time is worth more than the 600 in savings. Your cover likely won't last longer than a year or two. Beware.

The cover started off really well. Easy install and worked as expected. After 15 months one of the hard panels on the trifold cover developed what looks like hard water stains. Nothing would remove the stains and it was only in the one section of the cover so I suspect that one part had a defective coating. I contacted Bison and sent a photo about the issue and the 24-month Guarantee. Bison responded within a few days stating that the guarantee only applies to parts and the part of my cover would not be covered under the warranty. I had higher hopes but I would suggest you spend the extra money on an oem or more tenured name brand cover. If you drive a nice truck you don’t want poor quality accessories bringing down its appearance. I would only recommend this cover if you “don’t” care about long term appearance and overall quality.

Bought a hard top Bison Tonneau cover for our 2025 Honda Ridgeline Trailsport, and my husband tried to install without success. We contacted customer service who provided a quick response and suggested to visit the site for help with installation. It literally took them 20 minutes to correct the rail position and install the top. They gave a quick tutorial of how to properly use the cover. Amazing quick customer service and the person that installed this was top notch. Thank you, we would definitely use again for our next vehicle.

The quality of the cover is strong but otherwise, other components of the cover broke. The racks on the side that holds up the cover when folded up broke on both sides. Contacted them about it and they basically said its not our problem. Spend the extra $500 and get a better quality one.

Banaris and staff are so nice!! It was worth driving 4 hrs to get the cover from US.

It seals pretty good, so it was rain on the way home, but still dry inside!
