Worst pawn in the city, at least when it comes to a specific employee, all I no is he has short hair kinda grayish, & has the WORST attitude when it comes to who comes into the shop, He judges you second he see's you, bring's his personal feelings into his professional job, makes the atmosphere very unpleasant, once I pick up my property, I will never do business here again, hope you don't either.. 1 star is being nice,

Went to sell my ps5 there. Store employee kept hitting the power button while it was turning on and wondering why it wouldn’t. Turn on.

Here’s a clue. You only have to press the power button once dear.

Secondly. Hitting the power button every time it’s loading up can cause it to burn up and pop.

If you had of wrecked that ps5 you damn well bought it.

Advice? Use Facebook market or Kijiji for selling and buying.

You’ll get a better price.

If you don’t like my review? Too bad. Next time don’t badger my electronics and disrespect me when I tell you to stop that. When you paid for it you can press the on button as many times as you want, but when it is mine. My rules. Or the highway.

You will now make less money on it than I will and you know what if it doesn’t sell for me who cares. I like it anyways.

Great bunch of people, fair deals mostly, sometimes a little light, all in all when the time comes when you need some extra cash, this is your Go Too?

Well some of the staff are really nice and some of the staff can be right rude with people if they are in a bad mood but most of the time they are nice to you and some of the staff will give you what you are asking for when you bring something to pawn and if you are there to buy anything some of the staff will give you a discount on what you are getting it depends on who is working and if they are in good moods but it's worth going there to see what they have in the store

Great business. Have never had a problem with them. Great staff, even when I was late with payments they assured me they weren't going to sell my stuff, which they didn't. Great deals on products also, I got a 125$ Oral B spin tooth brush for my brother's Xmas present this year for 25$! CD's are like 5 for 10$ or something like that. Got a NT2 Rode microphone for super cheap, a great iPhone 6 cheap, a Novation Launch Pad Mk III for 65$ just this past January! Those Launch Pad mini's MK III's are going for 149$ on Amazon, and the one they sold me was brand new! Also two years ago I got a 42" plasma HD flatscreen TV for 80$ still in my living room today!!! The best deal they've given me though is on a Trek mountain bike, it was 40% off because winter was approaching, so I asked them if I put a payment on it will you guys do lay-away? They said yes, and I made regular monthly payments from October until April when I finally got the bike (for my kid brother) at the near winter sale price! I'm pretty sure all I put down was like 30-40$ initially.

Never liked coming here, most of the people I’ve encountered here were jerks. I had a handmade clay statue that was given to me as a gift one time, was bought for well over $200 and I went in and they had tons of similar items, heck they’ve even bought a dagger off me that I got from green earth before, and they said they weren’t interested and wasn’t something they dealt in mean while the counter the guy was leaning on was filled with little Knick knacks and bunches of like-wise items. He took the thing out of the box and didn’t have the decency to even put it back in.

Don't go for any Games here, anytime I've gone to Big Eds for a game, the service has been ridiculous. Products are rarely tested or verified to work. Whenever a product is asked to be verified, they've always had a shady excuse and unable to do so. Have bought low budget games before that turned out not to work. Staff has Zero knowledge pertaining to any game hardware, yet act far too unfriendly. Too many times I've walked into that store to complete a deal and had to walk away because a product seemed not right. Three times I've tried to purchase a title over $100, that couldn't be tested or verified to function and had to refuse. Save your time and money and just order it online, better chance to get what your paying for.
