The key to get into the building resets everyday at noon and constantly have to go to the front desk. When going to the front desk they give attitude over the keys being reprogrammed to open our doors. Secondly it says free breakfast but there is no breakfast. False advertisement it is only juice water and couple cereal boxes. Third, our room had small baby cockroaches roaming around the the bathroom I had to kill. I live in a good place so having cockroaches isn't ideal for me. 4th what is up with the blankets? My sweater does move covering and keeping me warm than the thin blankets they give out. The beds are stiff and hard to sleep on. For the price I thought it would be better but boy was I wrong. The hot tub was broken, a lot of homeless people sleep in the parking lot. Bathroom is spacious and the provide conditioner, shampoo, and body wash. But you are close to the highway, and so many cool stores and restaurants you won't be disappointed with that.

Is it possible to leave no stars. Do not stay here. Very dirty. I never leave a review but I have to share this because it is so bad. This hotel is not worth it. I paid 109 dollars to stay in their king suite. The pillows were full of hairs and the sheets looked dirty with stains, the floors were not swept and the room smelled. They made us come downstairs to get another key for another room that had hot Cheetos on the ground. It seemed a little cleaner but overall this place needs an upgrade on all their amenities and furniture. The coffee machine did not work inside the room. The charging ports don’t work. Scuffs on all furniture. The ceiling is dirty. The headboard had nasty fingerprints. The windows are beyond dirty. There was a dirty rag on the floor in the elevator from when we checked at 9pm until the next morning. They don’t have house keeping round the clock. They make you go down to the front desk if you need anything. We had to go downstairs for more towels and they were not even folded. Breakfast is a joke. The pancakes were a 4/10. The frozen burritos in a bag looked like vomit inside. Not a 5 star breakfast at all. Overall rating 0/5. Baymont by Wyndham hotel, you need to do better.

While prices is low at this hotel, room and public area conditions are horrendous, the elevator is out of service (seems to be on going thing) the public stairwell you have to use has taped up carpeting. The room conditions is decent at best, TV chest has seen better days, only above average are the bathroom which was really clean, soap dispenser was missing though replaced with tiniest bottle of bath soap. Book with caution!

Average hotel. I stayed here for 12 nights (Oct/Nov) because my company sent me here while my truck was in the shop and I don’t have any major complaints really. My room was great. It was quiet. The young guys at the front desk were nice. Whenever I requested something, they were happy to help. I went outside often because I have a dog and I didn’t notice any prostitutes or anything. There were maybe 2 times I saw two separate (probably houseless) people sitting outside but then they disappeared and I never saw them again throughout my stay there. I took a walk almost every day with my dog down to the school down the street and back and never had issues. There was definitely signs of drug use around the area (dirty needles, baggies, etc.) but I don’t think I would have seen it if I wasn’t out with my dog every day as I always watch the areas she walks around on and puts her nose into. I’m sure “activity” does happen around here but I’ve been to much worse places. They do have cameras around the hotel building. There’s a plaza right across the street that has a Planet Fitness(probably my favorite part about this hotel location…I went almost every day during my stay), Target, and a few other things. Pupusas right next door. A lot of DoorDash options if you don’t want to walk or don’t have a car. If you do need a rental car, the airport is close by and they have a few car rental options on-site. Overall, I would stay here again.

Stayed one night here... was able to check an hr early. This place needs a good cleaning. Older furniture and the chairs have stains on them. Customer service and communication lacks big time. Everyone had a crappy attitude and the person on the phone lied to me about them having a working jacuzzi or i would have stayed elsewhere. Breakfast was a joke to(ornage and cranberry juice machine dispensed room temperature?). Giving 2 stars. Only reason for that was they had no bugs or I would give a 1 star.

Positive: Free breakfast and the pool Negative: I didn't like that they charged me twice for one room and I already called twice left on hold for an hour both times and they still have not refunded my money. The lady working the front desk did not see the first booking so I booked it again.

Front desk staff who are more fluent in Farsi than English seemed to have chips on their shoulders. Very rude. Asking them to speak louder and slower was deemed as me yelling. After staying 2 nights, I paid for an additional 2 nights stay. I was called and threatened with police if I didn't submit a $50 security deposit asap of which I had forgotten is separate. Called staff member back to reassure him that I was on my way to submit the security deposit 10 or so times but no answer. Many boundaries were crossed here by the staff.

I had to cancel a very important appointment elsewhere & pay a fee as a result I then drove to the hotel. When I arrived there to remit the $50 that was so urgent, the staff member had gone to lunch. I was asked to wait for him. The other employee behind the desk could not process my security deposit payment. I had another appointment and had to go. The threats kept coming via my son who was the room guest despite the fact that I drove there immediately after my phone conversation with this threatening staff member.

I made another trip down there from my next appointment and remitted the $50. I also told this young man he didn't belong in customer service because he was a lousy communicator & a worse listener. You'll probably feel right at home if you're from India.

Don't waste your time. Lots of drug activity outside. The breakfast is a joke.

The night front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional... during the check in process she stopped and proceeded to go walk the DOG. I explained how that was unprofessional and rude...she started yelling and said it's the owners dog and it's her priority to walk and care for the dog. I said the customer should be your priority....just her bad attitude and disposition.. not worth it. Don't stay there!!! Oh room 317 needs a new shower head...water goes everywhere...I do mean everywhere!!!
