After 3 hours sitting here waiting not seen by a doctor yet. Dr Lee lacks experience I have spinal cord damage after telling her she still decides to poker fingers in my spine and tell me if I don't allow her to do that then she can't treat me so I have not had a CAT scan an x-ray no treatment at all after 3 hours this place sucks we'll try to find an emergency room that will see you in a reasonable amount of time. Got there at 7:30 this morning is now 10:30 and I still have not seen a doctor and they have charged my insurance company without offering any service.
*Update*** turn's out I have a fracture in my back thanks a lot for the extra unnecessary pain you caused. Hopefully this will add up to experience in the future for you.

My experience was a heart attack. You have a great staff. Thank you for helping me. Note: my old post is not on here.12/31/19: comments in waiting room are as followed I was in a small emergency room that had a sliding glass door that was shut but I could hear people in the waiting room.#1 you can't you will be prssecuted.#2 not suicidal maybe homicidal.#3Hes all yours#4 As I was being rolled on a stretcher to an elevated to be taken to a private room I heard a female say He's ignoring us.1//2/20:my Guest Inn keys aren't here.1/3/2020:During my stay I had the door closed and I heard a man wisper "prison or death" and he was doing so with his mouth real close to the door. Then a lady asked him what are you doing his response was "Just having some fun"

The wait time is 6 hours. I'm literally laying on a table with a open incision calling for a nurse to bandage me up and no one is coming. Really? Leave me spliced open on a table forgotten about?! What in the actual heck?! ZERO STARS

Moved from Louisiana to Dallas at 35weeks pregnant and went into labor at 38 weeks, without prior care in Texas I went here at 5am in labor and they treated me as if I had all of my prenatal care here. They nursing staff is by far the best and my on call doctor was a rockstar. I cannot thank them enough for helping me deliver my beautiful baby boy.

My doctor had me go the the ER to evaluate some symptoms I was having. Every staff member, from check-in clerk to physician, was so nice, caring, and concerned. My nurse took time to explain reasons for tests being run and why different things needed to be done. And I know it wasn't just for me. There's not a lot of privacy in those curtained areas, and while I didn't hear names or diagnoses, i did hear nurses and staff doing the same for others that were in at the same time as I was. Explaining, reassuring, and some cases, calming people.
I did get answers and feel confident that every possibility was checked for. They were BUSY but I was always checked in on and kept updated.

I had to take an ambulance to Baylor Waxahachie for severe back pain after a bout of pneumonia (coughing caused a fractured rib). Dr. Tyler Smith (RN was Melonie) and his staff were amazing. Everyone was caring, professional, explained everything, and took very good care of me while I was there. Dr. Smith even called after discharge to check on me and discuss an unrelated finding on my ct scan that needed follow up with my regular dr. I would highly recommend this er and staff! Thank you to all the staff that took care of me during my visit.

Worst place ever came in Sunday to ER Tuesday still in ER not getting thetreatment that I need, ER nurses disappear for hrs. Layed in bed hurting so bad and having to have to go to restroom and no nurse finally when they showed up I asked them did you forget about me. Head nurse getting in my face telling me if I continue being aggressive that Ishe was going to ask me to leave I was not getting aggressive she was telling me I was not critical condition, I told her I am critical condition I'm in so much pain and can't walk and your telling me I'm not critical condition. I will never never come back to this hospital I end up checking myself out, was not being treated just had me in there charging my insurance when they didn't do nothing for me If I could put no stars I would of this hospital does not deserve not even 1 star.

Very poor operator service. She wouldn't transfer me to ER because my dad wasn't listed in the system yet. I asked for the ER desk or ER Social worker to give contact info. I finally called my dad's phone and ER nurse and Dr answered confirming my father was in ER. They took my contact info so they could update family until we got there. Considering never going back due to rude operators. When a loved one is sick, you need answers, not barriers to finding out information.
