If you're looking to feel better in your own body, I recommend Balance Wellness Center. Dr. Frank and Dr. Jeff along with the whole team have been fantastic. Since going for the first time, I have been a weekly visitor. My posture has been improving and this has had a trickle down effect in other areas of my life: better sleep, improved mood, more energy. Recovery and healing is a process, and everyone from the front desk to the message therapists and the doctors are understanding of that and welcoming. Thank you for your help!!

Looking for some zen in these crazy times? Balance Wellness Center is the place for you. Dr. Jeff and his staff are top notch professionals and experts in their field. Not only are they exceptionally knowledgeable in all areas of health and wellness, they are just all around good humans which I value more than anything these days. I have been adjusted by Dr. Jeff and never felt uncomfortable in his care. On the contrary, I have a trust in him that I have never had with other chiropractors. I have also received acupuncture and cupping during my visits there. I love the mind and body approach they take to wellness and that each client is treated as the unique individual they are and their needs are addressed accordingly. The office is taking all necessary precautions to protect their patients and staff which is important to mention. There is a full calendar of programs offered including various yoga classes as well as meditation and SO much more. I highly recommend Balance to people of all ages with all needs. You will not be disappointed.

I am so happy I came to Balance Wellness. In mid January, I made an appointment with a wellness coach, my needs were: weight loss, inflammation in my joints was at a higher pain level, loss of focus and fatigue. I started with the 2 week detox and infrared sauna. Then I started their weight loss program. I weigh in and discuss my progress once a week. I have learned more information about nutrition and vitamin supplements. I’ve treated myself too some detox massages and hydro foot baths ( very relaxing). All of the staff is well informed, pleasant and pricing has been reasonable and fair. So far I’m down about 10 pounds and feeling more energy and less joint pain. I would highly recommend Balance Wellness.

This practice is the absolute best! Dr Jeff, Dr Margo, Lisa, and the rest of the staff at Balance Wellness has helped me so much. I have been to many practitioners in the past, and by far this group excedes the rest. Many specialists I've been to have told me they don't have a way to treat me, but here I was told we will find a way. In just a few sessions I made significant progress which improved my quality of life. They treat from a whole person perspective which contributes to lasting positive results. Furthermore, to enable me to work with them they made multiple calls to my insurance and spent hours on the phone and filling out paperwork to ensure I get proper coverage. I have been going to Balance for chiropractic and acupuncture for about 2 months now and I love how it makes me feel. My husband recommended it to me. I have Covid related breathing issues and have seen improvement. I know as I continue I will see even more improvement with how I feel and my breathing. I’ve getting lymphatic massages at Balance and Wellness for 6 weeks. I would definitely recommend. The service is wonderful. Rande is very sweet, attentive ,and knowledgeable at what she does. The customer service here is great! Everyone is very nice, professional, and accommodating. Lisa and the other receptionist make scheduling appointments easy and work with your schedule
You can tell the staff really cares about their patients and customers . They go above in beyond and make you feel welcome every visit. It’s nice to be greeted by name upon walking in. You can always tell everyone is smiling even under the mask?. A few weeks ago there was a wild fire in town over the weekend, and Rande even checked on me to see if I was safe!! So amazing!
The place also is very clean and smells good.
