It's been several years and things could have changed but my experience with Diane was more than worth what I paid. So I debated on rating a 4 or 5 but ultimately I decided a 5 because of my outcomes. Some of the issues that I had were sometimes I didn't always get an answer right away when I would try to set up individual appointments but it was a minor issue. With that said Diane was instrumental in me recovering from my past abuse. The survivors support group was the best thing I ever did in my healing process. Don't get me wrong it was very intense and extremely painful but I am so much better now. At one point in my treatment I was ready to give up on life and Diane insisted at that point that I do the DBT groups. At first I was resistant to doing the group and to this day I don't agree with everything about DBT. (I don't agree with radical acceptance ). However, I did learn A LOT of good coping skills that I continue to use in my life today. After doing the DBT group I was able to move forward in the survivors group and really put my past in the past where it belongs. I now actually work as a peer support specialist and will frequently suggest this group to other survivors. I do warn people to give Diane time to answer but tell them the group is well worth the wait

Would totally recommend this center. Victoria was an amazing therapist and she changed my whole outlook on life. I had amazing results. I went from being scared to drive and not driving for years, To now owning and driving a vehicle every day. Couldn't have done it without a therapist who's passionate and cares about her clients.

Went for intake on feb 13th. Erika said I should hear back in a week about getting assigned a therapist. I haven't heard anything. I called on the 22nd of Feb, and the operator said Erika would get back to me. Still no word. I called again this week and was told the same thing. Don't bother with this place.

I had my referral sends and I haven't heared from them not to mention its really far. I already have amazing ART 10 min from house just nerd to get off SMI experience in SMI is so traumatic and mecry care trasportation that my instead of working on my truamas I have more of it. I haven't seen much therapist through SMI southwest network ones I've seen they have 3 year experience and can't even list one coping skills the stress of ubering all the way to LA Fronta by airport was so stressful besides time and truamas I wasted I got nothing. I send this place message things are written beautiful I only care about action and they haven't responded or reach out and reviews are scary. I would like to judge myself but like I said I haven't heared left messages, email online too. Nothing but written beautiful well made websites uts very appealing mayb discevring

I do not recommend this center. I agree this review site is not the most effective method of airing grievances so I will simply say the actions taken by this center's administration upset me and my child. Finding a safe and trustworthy business seeking help for myself and my family is a very difficult and challenge endeavor. This business is not one that I would recommend. My child's doctor was concerned was well and will consider other options when recommending locations to their patients.

Talk about gaslighting lol: “When people take to internet reviews to address their issues, they mislead the rest of the community.” I would believe everything everyone is saying on these reviews. I was a patient here many moons ago. I found the DBT group to be very helpful and informative; and I found the professionalism of the staff/concern for my well being to be subpar. You have to take the bad with the good, but I wouldn’t personally recommend going here.

Diane has a huge amount of knowledge that brings some subjects to light. Her DBT group was awesome. I was supposed to do the group with someone else and I hated it. When Diane offered me the group I was resistant but am so thankful that i did. I now have a good set of coping skills that can help me in rough spots. And her Survivors group is the absolute best. There and be hang ups here and there but ultimately it's all worth it. I dives deep into the abuse and then provides tools for making things much more manageable. I would do either group again.
