The lady who answers the phone is rude. It’s too early (9:15am) 1/24/24 to have an attitude. All I asked for was an estimate to fix a driver side view mirror. Don’t see why you can’t give me an estimate over the phone without seeing the car. The whole power mirror needs replaced. On top of that I should be the one who has an attitude as I was the one who was involved in the hit in run that took my mirror. Please replace this lady if she cannot serve people the correct way. Her job is customer service. I’m not satisfied with her work. I bet a Gen Z would be better at doing her job.

No complaints about the body work, but their mechanics expertise leaves a lot to be desired. While they had my car a few lights came on the dash which they attributed to faulty sensor cluster that had been damaged in a collision a year previously. However, it later turned out the collision had damaged the seals on my transmission. All those lights were transmission related faults. My belief in their misdiagnosis turned a $1000 repair into a $6000 replacement. So much for that Volkswagen Certification!

As a follow up: I called the number below. The manager was very confused, because one of the faults codes was clearly for my gear box. He felt that I was unfortunate, and repeatedly reminded me they are Volkswagen Collision Certified, but not Service Certified. Therefore any service related advice they give can not be taken seriously. He also pointed out that the response below has nothing to do with them and they do not have any responsibility to make things right just because corporate said something on Google...

My BMW was taken here after an accident that required major work. They work directly with the dealership closest to me, and I didn't really have any other options as to where it was taken. I've had work done by a third-party collision center that worked with Baron BMW in Kansas City, and I had an incredibly positive experience, so I assumed most BMW dealerships were the same. Wish I were right about that.

My car was in the shop for about a month, and I was ok with the length of time that it was gone. There was quite a bit of damage, so I knew it would be gone awhile, but there was very little communication with me from the beginning. I began receiving (automated) emails about two weeks before it was ready, so that was progress. They were always available when I called and did begin to call more frequently right before it was finished, so I appreciate that effort eventually.

The problems started when I went to pick up my car. They, I had assumed, towed it back to my dealership, about 10 miles from where AutoNation is located. When I picked it up, everything seemed to be in order, but as soon as I turned the car on, I saw that my gas tank was completely empty. My driving range was 2 miles, which quickly dropped to 0 miles about 15 seconds into trying to drive off the lot, and I had to pull into a parking spot on the other side of my dealership because I knew I wouldn't make it to a gas station. I let them know, and they were able to find a gas can from the dealership and filled up my tank for me. Not the most ideal fix to a situation that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place, but at least they jumped on it and did something about it.

It wasn't until I got my car home that I realized they hadn't even finished the job. There were two lug nuts missing on the wheel they were primarily (if not only) working on, as well as the decorative BMW wheel cap. Not only were the lug nuts missing, but they had even made a note that they were missing ON THE WHEEL. I'm assuming that was a note for the repairmen in the shop, but now I'm wondering if it was just a warning for me and I was expected to fix it myself.

I have no idea who was responsible for making sure my car was really ready to go, but they clearly were not paying attention. I will never have my car taken here again. This is just one issue that I can see, I only hope that the rest of my car is safe to drive and I don't experience any other issues in the future due to this repair. I would have let them keep my car for another month if it meant that they had paid closer attention before sending it back to me.

Absolutely amazing!!! The best experience I've ever had with a collision center. Demarcus my rep, was professional, thorough, cared about every detail.
He checked in regularly with detail. I cannot say enough great things about nation collision center Addison....You would be crazy to take your car anywhere else... trust me.

Everyone at Autonation collision does a great job! My car was fixed in a timely manner and repaired perfectly! This is my third repair and will use again if needed.

Never take your car there if you are going through Insurance Company (Especially State Farm). They work together! This was marked as extensive hail damage for hood and roof. After taking these pictures I was told to come back when sun is at peak and then I'll be able to see the damage better.

10/10. My car was completed within a decent time frame and it looks beautiful, more than what I expected. Demarcus was beyond helpful, professional and remained in contact with me throughout the entire time my car was being repaired. I would definitely recommend this collision center in Addison to others.
