If you are looking for a therapist, you can stop searching! Audrey is the absolute best. She is warm, kind and incredibly intelligent. I worked with Audrey for quite a few months and she changed my life for the better. I was going through a very difficult time and she helped me take life day by day and really helped me find my voice and myself. I have recommended her to multiple friends and family already. When I say Audrey saved my life - she did.
I was 23 years old before I found someone who I fully trusted with my whole life story. Audrey was the first person in my existence as a human I can honestly say I fully trusted. Not only was I able to overcome suicidal thoughts, tendencies and attempts, I finally saw my worth and got out of a relationship I was emotionally dying in. I got help from two woman’s abuse organizations to find housing and restart my life. I was able to cut off negative and toxic influences, recognize red flags I used to think were green and green meant go because I was emotionally color blind, and I was finally able to fully accept myself for every flaw and every beautiful thing. I found power and healing, and now I am married to a wonderful person with two children. I’m still on my life’s journey and am still seeking therapy for new issues that arise and clearing past ones out, but I have a life I never thought I could achieve - especially on my own. Audrey gave me the courage to say “no” to sexual predators when I thought I was too weak to, and so much more. Audrey isn’t just friendly and kind, Audrey is confidential, supportive, strong, brave, and produces results so extremely positive that you can achieve a new life if you want to. I started seeing Audrey at a point in my life that was a very pivitol time for me. She helped me navigate through some very tough times. She gave me the tools to make decisions that were very difficult, but needed to be made. Since then I have been a much happier person. She really listens to what you have to say. She actually cares. She makes you feel so comfortable. I would recommend her her to anyone. If you've never had therapy before...she should definitely be your first call, you will not regret it. Take time for you, she is the one to help you begin your healing process.
